【摘要】：正當前,中國經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)進入一個新的發(fā)展階段,從過去30年年均9.8%的增長率,調(diào)整到2012年的7.8%。導致這樣一個重大變化的原因,主要是由三個因素決定的。一是實體經(jīng)濟層面的結(jié)構因素,包括生產(chǎn)要素結(jié)構和經(jīng)濟結(jié)構方面的變化;二是經(jīng)濟周期因素,全球金融危機仍沒有結(jié)束,可能還會延續(xù)10年甚至更長時間;三是政策層面的變化因素,比如強力刺激的經(jīng)濟
[Abstract]:Right now, China's economy has entered a new stage of development, adjusting from an average annual growth rate of 9.8 percent over the past 30 years to 7.8 percent in 2012. The cause of such a major change is mainly determined by three factors. First, the structural factors of the real economy, including the structural changes of the factors of production and the economic structure, the second is the economic cycle factor, the global financial crisis is still not over, and it may last for 10 years or more. The third is the changing factors at the policy level, such as the strong stimulus of the economy.
