【摘要】：巨災保險立法既有專項立法、綜合立法之分,又有單獨立法、修訂立法、補充立法之別。專項立法是我國巨災保險法律制度的當下選擇,綜合性單獨立法模式則是我國巨災保險法律制度的最終選擇。應對我國巨災保險立法的短期、中期、長期目標予以初步規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Catastrophe insurance legislation includes special legislation, comprehensive legislation, separate legislation, revised legislation, and supplementary legislation. Special legislation is the current choice of the legal system of catastrophe insurance in China, and the comprehensive individual legislative model is the final choice of the legal system of catastrophe insurance in China. The short-term, medium-term and long-term objectives of catastrophe insurance legislation in China should be preliminarily planned.
