【摘要】：湖北省從2008年開(kāi)始就陸續(xù)在鄂州市、神農(nóng)架林區(qū)及黃石市直、襄陽(yáng)高新區(qū)、荊門(mén)掇刀區(qū)、荊門(mén)屈家?guī)X管理區(qū)、孝感臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)等地區(qū)開(kāi)展醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)城鄉(xiāng)整合試點(diǎn),探索建立城鄉(xiāng)一體的居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度。對(duì)湖北省城鄉(xiāng)居民醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)整合試點(diǎn)的實(shí)踐、效果及難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析,有助于推進(jìn)即將在全省范圍內(nèi)展開(kāi)的城鄉(xiāng)居民醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)整合工作。充分有效開(kāi)展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理以確保整合目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)是今后工作的方向。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, Hubei Province has been carrying out a pilot project on urban and rural integration of medical insurance in Ezhou City, Shennongjia Forest District and Huangshi City, Xiangyang High-tech Zone, Jingmen Jiaojian District, Jingmen Qujialing Management Zone, Xiaogan Linqian Economic Zone, and other areas. Explore the establishment of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance system. This paper summarizes and analyzes the practice, effect and difficult problems of the integration of urban and rural residents' medical insurance in Hubei Province, which will help to promote the integration of urban and rural residents' medical insurance in the whole province. Full and effective risk management to ensure the realization of integration goals is the direction of future work.
