【摘要】：隨著銀監(jiān)會出臺《商業(yè)銀行投資保險公司股權試點管理辦法》,銀行業(yè)與保險業(yè)新的合作模式日益凸顯,金融混業(yè)經(jīng)營已是大勢所趨。隨著我國商業(yè)銀行相繼成立或醞釀建立銀行系保險公司,其相關利弊必將對雙方產(chǎn)生深遠影響。本文通過SWOT分析的方法,分析了商業(yè)銀行進軍保險業(yè)的優(yōu)勢與劣勢、面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),在此基礎上運用SWOT矩陣對商業(yè)銀行進軍保險業(yè)進行合理化建議與戰(zhàn)略分析。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of "Commercial Bank Investment Insurance Company Equity pilot Management measures" by the CBRC, the new cooperation mode between banking and insurance has become increasingly prominent, and financial mixed operation has become the trend of the times. With the establishment or brewing of the bank insurance company in China's commercial banks, the advantages and disadvantages will have a profound impact on both sides. Through the method of SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by commercial banks in entering the insurance industry. On the basis of this, the rational suggestions and strategic analysis of commercial banks' entry into the insurance industry are carried out by using the SWOT matrix.
