【摘要】：本文構(gòu)建面板計(jì)量模型檢驗(yàn)市場(chǎng)因素和政策因素對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)效應(yīng)。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:政策因素和市場(chǎng)因素共同作用,推動(dòng)了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)近年來的快速發(fā)展;從對(duì)推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的影響程度和范圍來看,財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼政策極大地激勵(lì)了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展,是農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)近年來快速發(fā)展的重要因素;市場(chǎng)因素對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展也有一定推動(dòng)作用,但其對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用相對(duì)較小。最后本文給出了促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)持續(xù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, panel econometric model is constructed to test the promoting effect of market factors and policy factors on the development of agricultural insurance in China. The empirical results show that the combination of policy factors and market factors has promoted the rapid development of agricultural insurance in China in recent years. The financial subsidy policy has greatly encouraged the development of agricultural insurance in China, which is an important factor in the rapid development of agricultural insurance in recent years. Market factors also play a role in promoting the development of agricultural insurance. But its promotion function to agricultural insurance development is relatively small. Finally, this paper gives some policy suggestions to promote the sustainable development of agricultural insurance in China.
