【摘要】:在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)高速發(fā)展的大背景下,我國企業(yè)面臨巨大的競爭和挑戰(zhàn)。事實(shí)上,企業(yè)競爭的本質(zhì)可以引申為人才的競爭,企業(yè)要想在競爭中持續(xù)取勝,就必須從本質(zhì)上認(rèn)識到人力資源管理的重要性,而人力資源管理的核心則在于一套合理的完善的薪酬管理制度。本文以中郵人壽保險(xiǎn)河南分公司為研究對象來認(rèn)識合理薪酬體系的重要性。該公司成立于2011念11月26日,是國有全資性壽險(xiǎn)公司,以郵政網(wǎng)絡(luò)和資源為依托,實(shí)施“低成本、廣覆蓋、高產(chǎn)出”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,該公司正處于發(fā)展擴(kuò)張階段,但成立時間短,人力資源管理方面較為粗放,薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,導(dǎo)致員工對薪酬的滿意度較低,不滿情緒日益高漲,尤其是營銷序列員工不穩(wěn)定、流動性大的問題非常突出,阻礙了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文針對這些問題,從企業(yè)自身的角度出發(fā),采取理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的分析方法,通過滿意度調(diào)查,并輔助電話訪談等形式,找出原因。并通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、借鑒成功企業(yè)的薪酬管理理念,針對中郵人壽保險(xiǎn)河南分公司內(nèi)營銷序列員工薪酬管理制度存在的問題進(jìn)行進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),探求建立基于崗位價(jià)值與績效管理相結(jié)合的薪酬體系。
[Abstract]:Under the background of sustained rapid economic development in China, Chinese enterprises are facing enormous competition and challenges. In fact, the essence of enterprise competition can be extended to talent competition. In order to win continuously in competition, enterprises must realize the importance of human resource management in essence. The core of human resource management is a set of reasonable and perfect salary management system. This paper takes Henan Branch of China Post Life Insurance as the research object to understand the importance of reasonable compensation system. Founded on November 26, 2011, the company is a wholly state-owned life insurance company. Relying on the postal network and resources, it implements the development strategy of "low cost, wide coverage and high output." the company is in the stage of development and expansion, but its establishment time is short. Human resource management is extensive, the salary structure is unreasonable, which leads to the low satisfaction of the employees on the salary, the growing discontent, especially the unstable marketing sequence of employees, the problem of large liquidity is very prominent. It hinders the development of enterprises. This paper aims at these problems, from the point of view of the enterprise itself, takes the analytical method of combining theory with practice, through the satisfaction survey, and auxiliary telephone interview and other forms to find out the reasons. And through consulting relevant literature, referring to the concept of compensation management of successful enterprises, aiming at the problems existing in the management system of employees' compensation in the marketing sequence of Henan Branch of China Post Life Insurance Company, the paper optimizes the design of compensation management system. To explore the establishment of a salary system based on the combination of post value and performance management.
