【摘要】：研究表明,出口信用保險與外貿(mào)之間的關(guān)系越緊密,一個國家或地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平就越高。出口信用保險與廣西外貿(mào)的合作時間很短,存在許多發(fā)展問題。但是廣西的部分出口貿(mào)易已通過投保出口信用保險,既擴(kuò)大了出口規(guī)模,又成功地開拓了新的出口市場。在承保過程中,廣西出口信用保險也收獲了不少的市場發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)。同時,出口信用保險的發(fā)展趨勢也隨著貿(mào)易環(huán)境的變化而不斷演變。兩者相輔相成,共同發(fā)展。因此,針對現(xiàn)階段的廣西外貿(mào)而進(jìn)行的出口信用保險研究,具有十分重要的意義。 文章主要采用了數(shù)據(jù)與圖表法、比較分析法及案例法。首先通過數(shù)據(jù)與圖表法,分別對廣西出口貿(mào)易和廣西出口信用保險的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析；然后通過比較分析法,將上述分析信息進(jìn)行整合,并總結(jié)出現(xiàn)階段廣西出口信用保險的市場發(fā)展問題；最后通過案例法,得出廣西出口信用保險的成功發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),再結(jié)合廣西出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步提出出口信用保險促進(jìn)廣西外貿(mào)發(fā)展的對策。通過出口信用保險對廣西外貿(mào)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)研究,旨在讓廣西的外企,尤其是中小微企業(yè)更多地認(rèn)識和了解出口信用保險。然后越來越多的出口貿(mào)易能夠有效地使用出口信用保險,從而擴(kuò)大廣西外貿(mào)的整體規(guī)模,并拉動廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定增長。
[Abstract]:The study shows that the closer the relationship between export credit insurance and foreign trade, the higher the level of economic development of a country or region. Export credit insurance and Guangxi foreign trade cooperation time is very short, there are many development problems. However, some of Guangxi's export trade has expanded the scale of export and successfully opened up new export market through the insurance of export credit insurance. In the underwriting process, Guangxi export credit insurance has also gained a lot of market development experience. At the same time, the development trend of export credit insurance also changes with the change of trade environment. The two complement each other and develop together. Therefore, it is of great significance to study export credit insurance for Guangxi's foreign trade at this stage. The paper mainly adopts data and chart method, comparative analysis method and case law. First of all, through data and chart method, the paper analyzes the current situation of Guangxi export trade and Guangxi export credit insurance, and then integrates the above analysis information through comparative analysis. Finally, through the case law, the successful development experience of Guangxi export credit insurance is obtained, and the characteristics of Guangxi export trade are combined. Further put forward the export credit insurance to promote the development of foreign trade in Guangxi countermeasures. Through the research on the promotion of export credit insurance to the development of Guangxi's foreign trade, the purpose is to make Guangxi's foreign enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, know more about export credit insurance. Then more and more export trade can effectively use export credit insurance to expand the overall scale of Guangxi's foreign trade and to stimulate the steady growth of Guangxi's economy.
