【摘要】：為解決異地就醫(yī)報(bào)銷難的問(wèn)題,在規(guī)范異地就醫(yī)管理制度的基礎(chǔ)上,廣西積極探索異地就醫(yī)結(jié)算方式,試行區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)保一卡通,與海南、廣東進(jìn)行區(qū)域協(xié)作、委托結(jié)算。但是這些探索只是在小范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行,醫(yī)保一卡通的推行進(jìn)程緩慢,區(qū)域協(xié)作的范圍有待擴(kuò)大。今后,廣西需要邁開異地就醫(yī)探索的步伐,繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)區(qū)域協(xié)作,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)保的省級(jí)統(tǒng)籌和區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)保一卡通。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of reimbursement of medical expenses in different places, on the basis of standardizing the management system of medical treatment in different places, Guangxi actively explored the settlement method of medical treatment in different places, tried out the medical insurance card in the area, carried out regional cooperation with Hainan and Guangdong, and commissioned settlement. But these explorations take place only on a small scale, the implementation of health care card is slow, and the scope of regional collaboration needs to be expanded. In the future, Guangxi needs to step up the steps of seeking medical treatment in different places, continue to strengthen regional cooperation, and gradually realize the provincial overall planning of medical insurance and the one-card of medical insurance in the region.
