[Abstract]:The essence of ancient Chinese Confucian culture is the embryonic form of modern human resource management theory. People are the most valuable productive forces, operating equipment, designing models, financial risk control and so on in the production of each job is done by human beings, people play a creative role in these processes, Each link contributes value to the whole production benefit. China's insurance industry has experienced more than 30 years of rapid development, in 2013 has entered a new stage of development. Up to the end of September, 2012, the total assets of insurance industry are 6.8999 trillion yuan, the market main body is increasing day by day, the market structure is optimized step by step, and insurance plays an increasingly important role in the national economy and social life. At the same time, the insurance industry should pay more attention to the quality of insurance development and the establishment of consumer confidence, and all these insurance activities are closely related to the vast number of insurance practitioners. In recent years, the frequent flow of talents has become a bottle well for the development of China's insurance industry. How to retain and make good use of talents has become a problem that must be faced and dealt with in the process of development of insurance enterprises. Through the research of influencing factors of employee loyalty in insurance company, it is proved that employee loyalty training can effectively reduce the turnover rate of enterprise personnel and retain competent talents for enterprises. "People-oriented" is the core and soul of organizational culture. Employee loyalty is the core of employee's professional ethics and the soul of employee's professional ethics. This paper takes Guangxi Branch of A Life Insurance Company as the research object, takes employee loyalty as the starting point, and combines the related theories of employee loyalty at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the relationship between employee loyalty and staff turnover in Guangxi Branch of A Life Insurance Company, and reduces the turnover risk by strengthening the cultivation of employee loyalty. According to the factors of influencing loyalty, the strategies to cultivate employee loyalty are summarized, and the guarantee measures are put forward.
