【摘要】：本文從多維度、跨國家、跨時期的角度分析了決定長期投資者發(fā)展的因素。全文包括從宏觀經(jīng)濟、上市公司、資本市場和制度四個層面分別分析影響一國長期投資者發(fā)展的因素,并且以1995至2011年美國、日本、英國、法國、德國、韓國和中國臺灣等七個國家和地區(qū)為研究對象,運用面板數(shù)據(jù)多元回歸的方法剖析養(yǎng)老金和共同基金發(fā)展的影響因素�？紤]到美國長期投資者發(fā)展歷史悠久和數(shù)據(jù)可得,論文特別地利用了美國自1982以來的數(shù)據(jù),對影響其養(yǎng)老金發(fā)展的因素進行了實證分析。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the factors that determine the development of long-term investors from multi-dimensional, cross-country and cross-period perspectives. The thesis includes four aspects: macroeconomic, listed company, capital market and system, and analyzes the factors that affect the long-term investor development of a country, and from 1995 to 2011, the United States, Japan, Britain, France, Germany, the United States of America, Japan, Britain, France, Germany, Seven countries and regions, such as South Korea and Taiwan, are used to analyze the influencing factors of pension and mutual fund development by using panel data multivariate regression method. Taking into account the long history of American long-term investor development and the availability of data, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the development of American pension by using the data from the United States since 1982.
