【摘要】：腫瘤靶向藥物近年來(lái)逐漸發(fā)展成為癌癥治療的焦點(diǎn)之一,但其相對(duì)高昂的費(fèi)用與其尚未納入社會(huì)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)藥品目錄使這一治療方式給患者造成巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。本研究通過(guò)專家篩選及效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)以具有代表性的靶向藥物為例,測(cè)算適用人群以靶向治療替代常規(guī)放化療而新增的費(fèi)用并分析將靶向藥物納入湖北省醫(yī)�；饘�(duì)其穩(wěn)定性的影響。
[Abstract]:Tumor targeting drugs have gradually developed into one of the focus of cancer treatment in recent years, but their relatively high cost and the fact that they have not been included in the list of social medical insurance drugs have caused a huge economic burden to patients. In this study, a representative target drug was used as an example through expert screening, effectiveness and economic evaluation. To estimate the new cost of targeted therapy instead of conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy and to analyze the influence of targeted drugs on the stability of Hubei Medical Insurance Fund.
