【摘要】：正由于我國農(nóng)業(yè)保險正處于探索階段,農(nóng)業(yè)保險的理論依據(jù)在哪里,國家如何確定農(nóng)業(yè)保險的制度安排、農(nóng)業(yè)保險經(jīng)營模式怎么確立等依然是重要的問題開展農(nóng)業(yè)保險就是要在市場經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下,運用保險的原理探索建立解決災害救助的新方式、新方法。農(nóng)業(yè)保險首先是保險,能不能真正按照保險的原理開展試點,不僅十分必要,更顯得意義重大。
