【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)是目前保險(xiǎn)學(xué)界最關(guān)注的問題之一,作為一種新興產(chǎn)品,如何經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展更能適合我國(guó)的國(guó)情,已成為眾多學(xué)者爭(zhēng)相研究的課題。商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)公司作為農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的代辦機(jī)構(gòu),其業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,在很大程度上影響著農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本論文在目前農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的背景下,翻閱大量參考文獻(xiàn),參考前人研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,以內(nèi)蒙古人保公司政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)為主要研究對(duì)象,通過實(shí)地了解理清內(nèi)蒙古人保公司政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在梳理其現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,利用第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),采用縱向與橫向的比較分析方法,分析出人保公司經(jīng)營(yíng)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)為其帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。在對(duì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及經(jīng)營(yíng)效益的分析的基礎(chǔ)上,找出內(nèi)蒙古人保公司在開展農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)過程中存在的主要問題,并對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行原因分析,最終為公司未來農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:The agricultural insurance market is one of the most concerned problems in the insurance field at present. As a new product, how to manage and develop more suitable for the national conditions of our country has become a subject that many scholars have been competing to study. As the agency of agricultural insurance, the business development and management of commercial insurance companies affect the sustainable development of agricultural insurance to a great extent. Under the background of the current development of agricultural insurance market, this paper looks through a large number of references, referring to the results of previous studies, taking the policy agricultural insurance of Inner Mongolia PICC as the main research object. Through the field understanding of the development of policy agricultural insurance in Inner Mongolia PICC, on the basis of combing the current situation, using first-hand data, using longitudinal and horizontal comparative analysis method, The economic and social benefits brought by PICC's agricultural insurance are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the present situation of development and the management benefit, the main problems in the process of developing agricultural insurance business in Inner Mongolia PICC are found out, and the reasons for the problems are analyzed. Finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the future agricultural insurance business development of the company.
