T公司財產(chǎn)損失保險產(chǎn)品定價策略研究

【摘要】:財產(chǎn)損失保險是指以各種有形的財產(chǎn)為保險標的的財產(chǎn)保險。其主要包括的業(yè)務種類有:家庭財產(chǎn)保險、企業(yè)財產(chǎn)保險、工程保險、農(nóng)業(yè)保險、航空器保險、運輸工具保險、貨物運輸保險和特殊風險保險等種類。財產(chǎn)損失保險是財產(chǎn)保險公司的傳統(tǒng)、重要險種之一。由于車輛保險在中國保險市場監(jiān)管和保險公司經(jīng)營中的獨特性,本文的財產(chǎn)損失保險指除車輛保險以外的其他財產(chǎn)損失保險。 財產(chǎn)損失保險產(chǎn)品的特點有:1.保險標的是各種物理形態(tài)的財產(chǎn)。2.業(yè)務性質(zhì)是組織經(jīng)濟補償。3.經(jīng)營內(nèi)容具有復雜性4.每個獨立的單一保險關(guān)系具有不等性。 相對于車輛保險而言,財產(chǎn)損失保險目前還有兩個突出的特點:1.社會影響覆蓋面小,對公眾利益影響低,公眾了解程度低。2.客戶多樣性需求決定保險條款即保障的多樣性,大部分險種難實現(xiàn)大數(shù)法則的規(guī)模承保要求。 中國財產(chǎn)保險市場發(fā)展水平遠低于國際市場水平,公眾保險意識低,保險公司經(jīng)營管理處于世界較低水平。在追趕世界保險業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中,目前中國財產(chǎn)損失保險正處在從壟斷到競爭的發(fā)展過程中。 在市場監(jiān)管方面,2003年保險費率監(jiān)管制度的改革,迎來了中國財產(chǎn)保險市場的革新。保險公司在此之前都是執(zhí)行國家監(jiān)管部門制定的統(tǒng)一的保險產(chǎn)品(包括價格)。在保險價格由市場自主制定的近十年時間里,保險公司經(jīng)歷了保險定價管理從無到有、從錯誤中不斷學習的過程。 中國的保險發(fā)展水平和市場格局決定了在目前和未來一段時間內(nèi),價格競爭仍然是保險競爭的最重要組成部分。雖然經(jīng)過近十年的不斷摸索,保險公司在財產(chǎn)損失保險產(chǎn)品定價方面積累了一定的經(jīng)驗,但唯精算論和定價隨意性等現(xiàn)象交替出現(xiàn)在保險公司定價過程中,保險公司對成本、需求和競爭的研究不夠深入和細致,仍未形成成熟、科學的定價策略體系。 而保險定價由于風險的不確定性以及風險發(fā)生與經(jīng)營存在一定時間滯后性的特點,若沒有科學、成熟的定價管理體系而隨意定價很有可能造成風險的累積爆發(fā)和難以挽救的損失。因此保險定價研究是目前保險發(fā)展中非常必要和迫切的。 目前車輛保險由于對社會公眾影響較大,基本上執(zhí)行的行業(yè)統(tǒng)一制定的統(tǒng)一條款和費率(即價格)。除了車輛保險以外的財產(chǎn)損失保險產(chǎn)品目前也陸續(xù)有部分行業(yè)監(jiān)管產(chǎn)品,但由于產(chǎn)品較多,各家保險公司自主制定的范圍廣,產(chǎn)品定價隨意性現(xiàn)象突出。目前在財產(chǎn)損失保險產(chǎn)品定價實務方面的體系化的研究較少。 本文將選取筆者在工作過較長時間T公司為對象,圍繞其財產(chǎn)損失保險產(chǎn)品定價的策略,主要結(jié)合T公司的定價目標、定價原則、方法的歸納等定價策略確定的相關(guān)因素,借鑒國內(nèi)外非水險產(chǎn)品定價策略的理論,采用理論及實地研究結(jié)合的方法分析其定價策略中存在的問題以及值得借鑒的長處,提出相應的改進意見并總結(jié)一些值得其他同類企業(yè)借鑒的之處。
[Abstract]:Property loss insurance refers to the property insurance with all kinds of tangible property as the subject of insurance. The types of property mainly include family property insurance, enterprise property insurance, engineering insurance, agricultural insurance, aircraft insurance, transport insurance, cargo transportation insurance and special risk insurance. Property loss insurance is the property insurance public. Because of the uniqueness of vehicle insurance in China's insurance market supervision and insurance company management, the property loss insurance of this article refers to other property loss insurance other than vehicle insurance.
The characteristics of property loss insurance products are as follows: 1. the insurance mark is the property of various physical forms.2. business nature is the organization economic compensation.3. operation content is complex 4. each independent single insurance relationship is different.
Compared with vehicle insurance, property loss insurance has two prominent characteristics: 1. social impact coverage is small, the impact on public interest is low, public understanding of the low.2. customer diversity needs to determine the diversity of insurance clauses, which is difficult to achieve the large number of insurance requirements for large numbers.
The development level of China's property insurance market is far below the international market level, the awareness of public insurance is low, and the management of insurance companies is at a lower level in the world. In the process of catching up with the development of the world insurance industry, the insurance of property loss in China is now in the course of the development from monopoly to competition.
In market regulation, the reform of the insurance rate regulation system in 2003 has brought about the reform of the Chinese property insurance market. Before this, the insurance company was a unified insurance product (including the price) that was enacted by the state supervision department. In the nearly ten years that the insurance price was made by the market, the insurance company experienced the insurance pricing management. The process of continuous learning from error.
China's insurance development level and market pattern determine that price competition is still the most important part of insurance competition for a period of time and in the future. Although after nearly ten years of constant exploration, insurance companies have accumulated some experience in the pricing of property loss insurance products, but only actuarial theory and arbitrariness of pricing and so on. Alternately in the process of pricing insurance companies, the insurance companies' research on cost, demand and competition is not thorough and meticulous, and the scientific pricing system has not yet formed.
Because of the uncertainty of risk and the time lag of risk occurrence and operation, insurance pricing is very likely to cause the accumulation of risk and the difficult to save if there is no scientific and mature pricing management system. Therefore, insurance pricing research is very necessary and urgent in the development of insurance. Yes.
At present, vehicle insurance has a large impact on the public, and the unified terms and rates (that is price) are formulated by the industry. In addition to the vehicle insurance, the property loss insurance products are also partly regulated by the industry. There is a lack of systematic research on the pricing practice of property loss insurance products.
In this paper, the author selects the strategy of pricing T company for a long time, focusing on the pricing of property loss insurance products, mainly combining the pricing strategy of T company, pricing principle, method induction and other related factors, drawing on the theory of non water insurance pricing strategy at home and abroad, combining theory with field research. This paper analyzes the problems in the pricing strategy and the merits that should be used for reference, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement and summarizes some points worthy of reference by other similar enterprises.
