T公司財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)策略研究

【摘要】:財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)是指以各種有形的財(cái)產(chǎn)為保險(xiǎn)標(biāo)的的財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)。其主要包括的業(yè)務(wù)種類(lèi)有:家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)、企業(yè)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)、工程保險(xiǎn)、農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)、航空器保險(xiǎn)、運(yùn)輸工具保險(xiǎn)、貨物運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)和特殊風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保險(xiǎn)等種類(lèi)。財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)是財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)公司的傳統(tǒng)、重要險(xiǎn)種之一。由于車(chē)輛保險(xiǎn)在中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管和保險(xiǎn)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)中的獨(dú)特性,本文的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)指除車(chē)輛保險(xiǎn)以外的其他財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)。 財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)有:1.保險(xiǎn)標(biāo)的是各種物理形態(tài)的財(cái)產(chǎn)。2.業(yè)務(wù)性質(zhì)是組織經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償。3.經(jīng)營(yíng)內(nèi)容具有復(fù)雜性4.每個(gè)獨(dú)立的單一保險(xiǎn)關(guān)系具有不等性。 相對(duì)于車(chē)輛保險(xiǎn)而言,財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)目前還有兩個(gè)突出的特點(diǎn):1.社會(huì)影響覆蓋面小,對(duì)公眾利益影響低,公眾了解程度低。2.客戶多樣性需求決定保險(xiǎn)條款即保障的多樣性,大部分險(xiǎn)種難實(shí)現(xiàn)大數(shù)法則的規(guī)模承保要求。 中國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展水平遠(yuǎn)低于國(guó)際市場(chǎng)水平,公眾保險(xiǎn)意識(shí)低,保險(xiǎn)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)管理處于世界較低水平。在追趕世界保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,目前中國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)正處在從壟斷到競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中。 在市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管方面,2003年保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)率監(jiān)管制度的改革,迎來(lái)了中國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的革新。保險(xiǎn)公司在此之前都是執(zhí)行國(guó)家監(jiān)管部門(mén)制定的統(tǒng)一的保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品(包括價(jià)格)。在保險(xiǎn)價(jià)格由市場(chǎng)自主制定的近十年時(shí)間里,保險(xiǎn)公司經(jīng)歷了保險(xiǎn)定價(jià)管理從無(wú)到有、從錯(cuò)誤中不斷學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程。 中國(guó)的保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展水平和市場(chǎng)格局決定了在目前和未來(lái)一段時(shí)間內(nèi),價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)仍然是保險(xiǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的最重要組成部分。雖然經(jīng)過(guò)近十年的不斷摸索,保險(xiǎn)公司在財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)方面積累了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn),但唯精算論和定價(jià)隨意性等現(xiàn)象交替出現(xiàn)在保險(xiǎn)公司定價(jià)過(guò)程中,保險(xiǎn)公司對(duì)成本、需求和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的研究不夠深入和細(xì)致,仍未形成成熟、科學(xué)的定價(jià)策略體系。 而保險(xiǎn)定價(jià)由于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的不確定性以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生與經(jīng)營(yíng)存在一定時(shí)間滯后性的特點(diǎn),若沒(méi)有科學(xué)、成熟的定價(jià)管理體系而隨意定價(jià)很有可能造成風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的累積爆發(fā)和難以挽救的損失。因此保險(xiǎn)定價(jià)研究是目前保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展中非常必要和迫切的。 目前車(chē)輛保險(xiǎn)由于對(duì)社會(huì)公眾影響較大,基本上執(zhí)行的行業(yè)統(tǒng)一制定的統(tǒng)一條款和費(fèi)率(即價(jià)格)。除了車(chē)輛保險(xiǎn)以外的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品目前也陸續(xù)有部分行業(yè)監(jiān)管產(chǎn)品,但由于產(chǎn)品較多,各家保險(xiǎn)公司自主制定的范圍廣,產(chǎn)品定價(jià)隨意性現(xiàn)象突出。目前在財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)實(shí)務(wù)方面的體系化的研究較少。 本文將選取筆者在工作過(guò)較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間T公司為對(duì)象,圍繞其財(cái)產(chǎn)損失保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)的策略,主要結(jié)合T公司的定價(jià)目標(biāo)、定價(jià)原則、方法的歸納等定價(jià)策略確定的相關(guān)因素,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外非水險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)策略的理論,采用理論及實(shí)地研究結(jié)合的方法分析其定價(jià)策略中存在的問(wèn)題以及值得借鑒的長(zhǎng)處,提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)并總結(jié)一些值得其他同類(lèi)企業(yè)借鑒的之處。
[Abstract]:Property loss insurance refers to the property insurance with all kinds of tangible property as the subject of insurance. The types of property mainly include family property insurance, enterprise property insurance, engineering insurance, agricultural insurance, aircraft insurance, transport insurance, cargo transportation insurance and special risk insurance. Property loss insurance is the property insurance public. Because of the uniqueness of vehicle insurance in China's insurance market supervision and insurance company management, the property loss insurance of this article refers to other property loss insurance other than vehicle insurance.
The characteristics of property loss insurance products are as follows: 1. the insurance mark is the property of various physical forms.2. business nature is the organization economic compensation.3. operation content is complex 4. each independent single insurance relationship is different.
Compared with vehicle insurance, property loss insurance has two prominent characteristics: 1. social impact coverage is small, the impact on public interest is low, public understanding of the low.2. customer diversity needs to determine the diversity of insurance clauses, which is difficult to achieve the large number of insurance requirements for large numbers.
The development level of China's property insurance market is far below the international market level, the awareness of public insurance is low, and the management of insurance companies is at a lower level in the world. In the process of catching up with the development of the world insurance industry, the insurance of property loss in China is now in the course of the development from monopoly to competition.
In market regulation, the reform of the insurance rate regulation system in 2003 has brought about the reform of the Chinese property insurance market. Before this, the insurance company was a unified insurance product (including the price) that was enacted by the state supervision department. In the nearly ten years that the insurance price was made by the market, the insurance company experienced the insurance pricing management. The process of continuous learning from error.
China's insurance development level and market pattern determine that price competition is still the most important part of insurance competition for a period of time and in the future. Although after nearly ten years of constant exploration, insurance companies have accumulated some experience in the pricing of property loss insurance products, but only actuarial theory and arbitrariness of pricing and so on. Alternately in the process of pricing insurance companies, the insurance companies' research on cost, demand and competition is not thorough and meticulous, and the scientific pricing system has not yet formed.
Because of the uncertainty of risk and the time lag of risk occurrence and operation, insurance pricing is very likely to cause the accumulation of risk and the difficult to save if there is no scientific and mature pricing management system. Therefore, insurance pricing research is very necessary and urgent in the development of insurance. Yes.
At present, vehicle insurance has a large impact on the public, and the unified terms and rates (that is price) are formulated by the industry. In addition to the vehicle insurance, the property loss insurance products are also partly regulated by the industry. There is a lack of systematic research on the pricing practice of property loss insurance products.
In this paper, the author selects the strategy of pricing T company for a long time, focusing on the pricing of property loss insurance products, mainly combining the pricing strategy of T company, pricing principle, method induction and other related factors, drawing on the theory of non water insurance pricing strategy at home and abroad, combining theory with field research. This paper analyzes the problems in the pricing strategy and the merits that should be used for reference, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement and summarizes some points worthy of reference by other similar enterprises.
