【摘要】:21世紀(jì)伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)環(huán)境日趨成熟,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融風(fēng)生水起,其中互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)以其預(yù)期的廣闊前景,成為行業(yè)內(nèi)外聚焦的熱點(diǎn)。在國家政策支持下,面對(duì)未來成長空間巨大的保險(xiǎn)市場,保險(xiǎn)公司、保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)公司以及IT技術(shù)公司紛紛試水互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn),2014年、2015年互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保費(fèi)收入更是實(shí)現(xiàn)了260%的增長。行業(yè)內(nèi)熱鬧非凡,但在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際經(jīng)營中,卻陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)了諸多問題:產(chǎn)品單一無法滿足客戶的全部需求;保險(xiǎn)公司無標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,導(dǎo)致發(fā)展受阻;互聯(lián)網(wǎng)帶來更多有別于傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及系統(tǒng)安全問題等等。本文以傳統(tǒng)保險(xiǎn)公司中國人壽集團(tuán)公司為例,通過查閱文獻(xiàn),對(duì)比同行業(yè)其他公司互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營情況,結(jié)合日常工作實(shí)際操作,提出通過提高公司內(nèi)部對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的重視程度,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)調(diào)整,優(yōu)化互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)處理流程,提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范意識(shí),重視數(shù)據(jù)分析等多角度改進(jìn)策略,希望研究結(jié)果對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)未來發(fā)展和經(jīng)營有所幫助。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the growing maturity of the Internet consumption environment, Internet finance is booming, and Internet insurance has become a hot spot in the industry because of its broad prospect. With the support of national policies, insurance companies, insurance brokers and IT technology companies are experimenting with Internet insurance in the face of an insurance market with huge potential for growth in the future. In 2014 and 2015, Internet premium income increased by 260 percent. Although there is a great deal of noise in the industry, many problems have appeared in the actual operation of the Internet insurance business: the single product can not meet all the customers' needs, the insurance company has no standardized business process, and the development of the insurance company is hindered. Internet brings more business risks and system security problems that are different from traditional business. Taking the traditional insurance company China Life Group as an example, this paper compares the operation of Internet insurance business of other companies in the same industry with the actual operation of daily work by consulting the literature. This paper puts forward the strategies of improving the internal business structure, optimizing the processing process of Internet business, raising the awareness of risk prevention, paying attention to data analysis and so on, by increasing the degree of attention to Internet insurance business within the company, realizing the adjustment of internal business structure, and improving the processing process of Internet business. Hope the research result is helpful to the future development and management of Internet insurance.
