【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ),農(nóng)民是中國的國民主體,沒有農(nóng)民的安定,就沒有中國社會的安定。當前,中國農(nóng)村人口正在經(jīng)歷比城市更加快速的老齡化進程,農(nóng)民養(yǎng)老困難逐漸增多,同時不斷走高的重大疾病發(fā)生率使農(nóng)民抵抗風(fēng)險的能力進一步減弱,為農(nóng)民建立完善的風(fēng)險保障體系是建立社會主義新農(nóng)村的迫切需要。經(jīng)過努力,我國的社會保險制度正在逐步完善與推廣,實現(xiàn)對城鄉(xiāng)居民的全面覆蓋指日可待。然而,社會保險終究只能為農(nóng)民提供最基本的風(fēng)險保障,其保障金額與種類遠遠不能滿足農(nóng)民的實際需求,這為商業(yè)保險公司參與社會保障體系的建設(shè)提供了契機。 中國人壽保險股份有限公司做為我國最大的商業(yè)保險集團,一直以來積極響應(yīng)政府的號召,努力開拓農(nóng)村保險業(yè)務(wù),尤其是其河南分公司(以下簡稱河南國壽)積極承辦了河南地區(qū)的新農(nóng)合業(yè)務(wù),創(chuàng)造了享譽全國的“新鄉(xiāng)模式”,并通過經(jīng)辦政策性的農(nóng)村保險業(yè)務(wù)積累了大量農(nóng)村業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗與網(wǎng)點,已經(jīng)在河南保險市場占據(jù)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的地位。然而隨著整個保險業(yè)的發(fā)展,行業(yè)競爭日趨激烈,如何才能在競爭中揚長避短、繼續(xù)保持行業(yè)第一的位置?這對中國人壽河南分公司而言是一個極具現(xiàn)實意義的課題。 本文從戰(zhàn)略管理理論為主要基礎(chǔ),分別運用SWOT分析工具對河南國壽的外部發(fā)展環(huán)境與內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境進行了深入的剖析,構(gòu)建了SWOT分析矩陣。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了河南國壽未來三年的農(nóng)村業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標,并從產(chǎn)品、渠道和服務(wù)三個方面對其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行定位,最后提出了開發(fā)有效需求、加強產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、完善銷售渠道和提升服務(wù)水平四種措施以確保農(nóng)村業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略目標順利實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and the peasants are the main body of the Chinese people. Without the stability of the peasants, there will be no stability of the Chinese society. At present, the rural population in China is undergoing a faster aging process than in the cities, the difficulties of the peasants in providing for the aged are increasing gradually, and the increasing incidence of major diseases further weakens the ability of farmers to resist risks. Establishing a perfect risk guarantee system for farmers is an urgent need for the establishment of a new socialist countryside. Through hard work, the social insurance system of our country is being perfected and popularized step by step, and the comprehensive coverage of urban and rural residents can be realized in the near future. However, social insurance can only provide farmers with the most basic risk protection, and the amount and type of social insurance can not meet the actual needs of farmers, which provides an opportunity for commercial insurance companies to participate in the construction of social security system. As the largest commercial insurance group in China, China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. has been actively responding to the government's call to develop rural insurance business. In particular, its Henan branch (hereinafter referred to as Henan Guoshou) has actively undertaken the new rural cooperative business in Henan, creating a "new rural model" that enjoys national reputation. And through the policy of rural insurance business accumulated a large number of rural business experience and network, has occupied a leading position in Henan insurance market. However, with the development of the insurance industry, the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce. How can we continue to maintain the position of industry first in the competition? This for China Life Henan Branch is a very practical significance of the subject. Based on the strategic management theory, this paper analyzes the external development environment and internal development environment of Henan Guoshou by using SWOT analysis tools, and constructs the SWOT analysis matrix. On this basis, the strategic goal of Henan Guoshou's rural business development in the next three years is put forward, and its development strategy is positioned from three aspects: product, channel and service. Finally, it proposes to develop effective demand and strengthen product innovation. Improve the sales channel and improve the service level to ensure the successful realization of rural business strategic objectives.
