【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)也隨之產(chǎn)生,它是市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物也是標(biāo)志,是財(cái)富再分配的重要方式。保險(xiǎn)業(yè)作為一種重要的服務(wù)行業(yè),在現(xiàn)代金融業(yè)中有著非常重要的地位,其職能主要包括資金融通、社會管理以及經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償?shù)?對社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著重大的意義。國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的很大一部分屬于保險(xiǎn),保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動作用越來越明顯。尤其是其社會管理職能,不僅在開展政府管理工作,穩(wěn)定社會秩序,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮了巨大的積極作用,而且對我國構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會、全面建設(shè)小康社會、切實(shí)改善民生等方面起著保駕護(hù)航的作用。 在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理領(lǐng)域,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的特殊性在于,其具備了社會管理的職能、經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償?shù)穆毮芤约百Y金融通的職能,是目前風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中最基本的一種手段�；诖�,我國理應(yīng)大力發(fā)展保險(xiǎn)事業(yè),以充分發(fā)揮保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的積極作用。但是就當(dāng)前的實(shí)際情況看來,我國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展還處于初級階段,還不能滿足和諧社會建設(shè)的需求。本文嘗試運(yùn)用歷史分析方法和綜合分析方法,首先從我國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)和民生建設(shè)相關(guān)概念內(nèi)涵入手,對我國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)和民生建設(shè)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行理性認(rèn)識；其次對我國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出我國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)目前存在的主要問題；最后基于馬克思主義社會行政管理理論,針對我國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,給出幾點(diǎn)對策建議,以期促進(jìn)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)在服務(wù)民生建設(shè)和構(gòu)建和諧社會中更大作用的發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the insurance industry has emerged, which is the product and symbol of the development of market economy and the important way of redistribution of wealth. As an important service industry, insurance industry has a very important position in modern financial industry. Its functions mainly include fund financing, social management and economic compensation, which is of great significance to the development of social economy. A large part of the national economy belongs to insurance, and the development of insurance industry plays a more and more important role in promoting the national economy. In particular, its social management function not only plays a great positive role in carrying out government management work, stabilizing social order and promoting the steady development of economy, but also plays an important role in building a harmonious socialist society and building a well-off society in an all-round way. Improve the people's livelihood and other aspects of the protection of the role of escort. In the field of risk management, the particularity of insurance industry is that it has the function of social management, the function of economic compensation and the function of financing, which is the most basic means of risk management at present. Based on this, our country should vigorously develop insurance industry, in order to give full play to the positive role of the insurance industry. However, the development of insurance industry in our country is still in the primary stage, which can not meet the needs of the construction of a harmonious society. This article attempts to use the historical analysis method and the comprehensive analysis method, first from our country insurance industry and the people's livelihood construction related concept connotation, carries on the rational understanding to our country insurance industry and the people's livelihood construction relations; Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation of the insurance industry in China, and puts forward the main problems existing in the insurance industry in China. Finally, based on the Marxist theory of social administration, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the insurance industry in China. In order to promote the insurance industry to serve the people's livelihood and build a harmonious society play a greater role.
