【摘要】：正《農(nóng)業(yè)保險條例》的出臺,彌補了我國農(nóng)業(yè)保險法律法規(guī)缺失這一空白,是我國保險法制史上的歷史性事件,將對我國農(nóng)業(yè)保險規(guī)范健康發(fā)展帶來深遠的影響黨的十八大對我國經(jīng)濟社會全局做出了宏偉規(guī)劃,也對金融保險業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了重要部署。近年來,在黨中央國務(wù)院的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,保監(jiān)會積極推動農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展,特別是在2007年中央財政開展保費補貼試點后,農(nóng)業(yè)保險實現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)保險的功能作
[Abstract]:The promulgation of "Agricultural Insurance regulations" has made up for the lack of laws and regulations on agricultural insurance in China, and is a historic event in the history of insurance law in China. It will bring far-reaching influence to the healthy development of agricultural insurance in China. The 18th National Congress of the Party has made a grand plan for the overall economic and social situation of our country, and has also made important arrangements for the development of the financial and insurance industry. In recent years, under the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the CIRC has actively promoted the development of agricultural insurance, especially after the central finance launched a pilot premium subsidy in 2007, the agricultural insurance has achieved a leapfrog development and the function of agricultural insurance has been improved.
