【摘要】：近年來,我國養(yǎng)老金替代率逐年走低,如何在不增加國家和企業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)的情況下,破解養(yǎng)老金替代率提高之困局?鑒于影響?zhàn)B老金替代率的因素眾多,本文在深入分析各影響因素后,通過構(gòu)建數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果表明,增加繳費(fèi)年限、延遲退休和提高記賬利率均為不增加國家和企業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)情況下提高養(yǎng)老金替代率的可行之策,尤其是在記賬利率大于等于5%時(shí),其養(yǎng)老金替代率的提高程度最為明顯;反之,增加繳費(fèi)年限和延遲退休對替代率的影響程度較大。本文最后根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果給出了提高養(yǎng)老金替代率的優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's pension replacement rate has been declining year by year. How to solve the dilemma of increasing pension replacement rate without increasing the burden of the country and enterprises? In view of the large number of factors affecting the pension replacement rate, this paper makes an empirical study by constructing a mathematical model after in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the pension replacement rate. The results show that increasing the contributory age, delaying retirement and raising the interest rate are the feasible ways to increase the pension replacement rate without increasing the burden of the country and the enterprises, especially when the interest rate is greater than or equal to 5%. The increase of pension replacement rate is the most obvious; on the contrary, the increase of contributory years and delayed retirement has a greater impact on the replacement rate. Finally, according to the empirical results, the paper gives the optimization suggestions to improve the pension replacement rate.
