【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化程度的加深和世界產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)注點逐漸從貨物貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)為服務(wù)貿(mào)易,后者日漸成為促進各國經(jīng)濟騰飛的主要推動力。我國服務(wù)業(yè)起步晚,在貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、人才培養(yǎng)及法律體系構(gòu)建等方面仍處劣勢,存在服務(wù)貿(mào)易逆差嚴(yán)重的問題。作為我國金融服務(wù)領(lǐng)域中最早開放的部門,保險行業(yè)具有風(fēng)險控制、經(jīng)濟補償和社會管理等功能,是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵保障以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的主要領(lǐng)域之一。但長期以來,我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易持續(xù)逆差,不具備國際競爭力�；仡檱鴥�(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻可知,大多數(shù)學(xué)者集中在研究服務(wù)貿(mào)易整體競爭力或旅游和運輸?shù)葌鹘y(tǒng)行業(yè)的服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力、保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易的規(guī)制和自由化問題以及對我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀進行描述性分析,比較缺乏對我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力及其影響因素的全面研究。鑒于此,本文將全面系統(tǒng)地探究我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力的發(fā)展情況,研究其影響因素,探尋改善我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易逆差問題和提升其國際競爭力的有效途徑,以此提高我國服務(wù)貿(mào)易和國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展水平。本文首先詳細(xì)地綜述了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻。其次,對我國保險業(yè)和保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀進行闡述,作為研究其國際競爭力的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。再次,分別從橫向和縱向的角度,利用國際市場占有率、服務(wù)貿(mào)易對外開放度、貿(mào)易競爭力指數(shù)等指標(biāo)對我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力進行描述性分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)盡管我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易近20年不斷向上發(fā)展,但我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易還未擺脫嚴(yán)重的逆差狀態(tài),國際競爭力不強;并以邁克爾?波特教授的“鉆石模型”為依據(jù),探尋影響我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力的因素。接著,結(jié)合本文的研究目的,以國際市場占有率為代表國際競爭力的因變量,對各影響因素進行實證研究,結(jié)果表明保險業(yè)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模、軟件業(yè)總產(chǎn)值、貨物貿(mào)易出口額和金融業(yè)外商直接投資能夠?qū)ξ覈ｋU服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力有較明顯的正向推動作用;而保險費率、保險資金投資基金占比和保險業(yè)集中度的提高則對其起了一定的抑制作用。最后,根據(jù)以上分析,本文從政府和企業(yè)兩個層面提出提升我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力的有效建議,以改善我國保險服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and the adjustment of world industrial structure, the focus of economic development in various countries has gradually changed from trade in goods to trade in services, the latter gradually becoming the main driving force to promote the economic development of all countries. China's service industry starts late, and is still inferior in trade structure, talent training and legal system construction, and there is a serious problem of trade deficit in services. As the earliest open sector in the field of financial services in China, the insurance industry has the functions of risk control, economic compensation and social management. It is one of the main fields of economic development and optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. But for a long time, our country insurance service trade deficit continuously, does not have the international competitive power. Reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, we can see that most scholars focus on the overall competitiveness of service trade or the international competitiveness of services trade in traditional industries such as tourism and transport, The regulation and liberalization of insurance service trade and the descriptive analysis of the current situation of insurance service trade in China are lack of comprehensive research on the international competitiveness of insurance service trade in China and its influencing factors. In view of this, this paper will comprehensively and systematically explore the development of international competitiveness of China's insurance trade in services, study its influencing factors, and explore effective ways to improve the trade deficit of insurance services in China and to enhance its international competitiveness. In order to improve our service trade and the development of the national economy. This paper first summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad in detail. Secondly, the development and present situation of insurance industry and insurance service trade in China are expounded as the realistic basis of studying its international competitiveness. Third, from the horizontal and vertical perspective, using the international market share, service trade openness, trade competitiveness index and other indicators to describe the competitiveness of China's insurance services trade. It is found that although China's insurance trade in services has been developing upward in the past 20 years, China's insurance trade in services has not yet got rid of the state of serious deficit, and its international competitiveness is not strong. Based on Professor Porter's Diamond Model, this paper explores the factors that affect the international competitiveness of China's insurance service trade. Then, combined with the purpose of this paper, taking the international market share as the dependent variable of the international competitiveness, the paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors. The results show that the scale of the insurance assets, the total output value of the software industry, The export value of goods trade and foreign direct investment in the financial industry can promote the international competitiveness of China's insurance trade in services. The proportion of insurance fund investment funds and the increase of insurance concentration play a certain role in restraining it. Finally, based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward some effective suggestions to improve the international competitiveness of China's insurance services trade from the government and enterprise levels, in order to improve the development of China's insurance services trade.
