【摘要】：近些年來,伴隨著甘肅省經(jīng)濟快速增長,人口老齡化水平也不斷提高。人民生活水平不斷提高的同時,對于醫(yī)療服務(wù)的需求量也不斷增長,對于重大疾病保險的需求量也不斷增加。以往的社會保障體制下,較低的保障水平已經(jīng)不能滿足居民的需要。為了應(yīng)對這一問題,2012年以來中央部委連續(xù)出臺對于開展城鄉(xiāng)居民大病保險工作的文件,甘肅省政府也順勢出臺了相關(guān)文件將城鄉(xiāng)居民大病保險工作提上日程。一方面,城鄉(xiāng)居民大病保險業(yè)務(wù)的開展,可以融合政府、商業(yè)保險機構(gòu)和醫(yī)療機構(gòu)三方之力,共同分擔(dān)城鄉(xiāng)居民的健康風(fēng)險。另一方面,城鄉(xiāng)居民大病保險業(yè)務(wù)的開展和重大疾病保險定價技術(shù)的不斷成熟,也為甘肅省重大疾病保險業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展帶來了良好的契機。 本文通過對第一批中標(biāo)的人保財險甘肅省分公司的城鄉(xiāng)居民大病保險業(yè)務(wù)和重大疾病保險業(yè)務(wù)競爭力的研究,提出了一些建議,期望能對人保財險甘肅省分公司對大病保險業(yè)務(wù)提供有益的思考,能對人保財險甘肅省分公司的大病保險業(yè)務(wù)競爭力提升有促進(jìn)作用。 本文的研究主要包括五個部分。第一部分主要介紹研究背景與意義以及研究思路與方法。第二部分概述保險企業(yè)競爭力相關(guān)理論,為本文的相關(guān)研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分概述人保財險甘肅省分公司的大病保險業(yè)務(wù)并對其競爭力進(jìn)行簡單評價。第四部分使用SWOT模型對人保財險甘肅省分公司大病保險業(yè)務(wù)的潛在競爭力進(jìn)行具體分析。第五部分從產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、風(fēng)險管理和人才四個方面提出建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid economic growth of Gansu Province, the aging level of the population is also increasing. With the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for medical services and insurance for major diseases is also increasing. Under the previous social security system, the lower level of security has been unable to meet the needs of the residents. In order to deal with this problem, since 2012, the central ministry has issued a series of documents on the development of serious illness insurance for urban and rural residents, and the Gansu Provincial Government has also issued relevant documents to put the work of serious illness insurance in urban and rural areas on the agenda. On the one hand, the development of urban and rural residents' serious illness insurance business can integrate the government, commercial insurance institutions and medical institutions to share the health risks of urban and rural residents. On the other hand, the development of urban and rural residents' serious illness insurance business and the continuous maturity of pricing technology of major disease insurance also bring a good opportunity for the development of major disease insurance business in Gansu Province. Based on the study of the competitiveness of the urban and rural residents' serious illness insurance business and the major disease insurance business of the first batch of PICC branches in Gansu Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions. It is expected that it can provide beneficial thinking to PICC Gansu Branch on the serious illness insurance business and promote the competitiveness of PICC Gansu Branch's serious illness insurance business. The research of this paper mainly includes five parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance, as well as research ideas and methods. The second part summarizes the relevant theories of insurance enterprise competitiveness, and lays a theoretical foundation for the relevant research of this paper. The third part summarizes the serious illness insurance business of PICC Gansu Branch and makes a simple evaluation on its competitiveness. In the fourth part, SWOT model is used to analyze the potential competitiveness of PICC's serious illness insurance business in Gansu Province. The fifth part puts forward suggestions from four aspects: product, service, risk management and talent.
