【摘要】：本文采用文獻資料法、案例分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法分析了我國高校體育保險的面向?qū)ο笠约氨匾�，對比分析意外傷害險與高校體育保險，并對高校體育保險的構(gòu)建提出理念以及相關(guān)的對策，研究得到以下結(jié)論： 1高校體育保險的對象涉及到整個高校，，主要包括高校的老師、高校的學(xué)生、高校的體育場館及器材、高校舉辦的體育賽事。 2發(fā)現(xiàn)我國高校在校學(xué)生身體狀況每況愈下，加強體育鍛煉的同時增加了受傷風(fēng)險；高校體育老師要承擔(dān)體育課程所帶來的風(fēng)險和壓力，需要尋求高校體育保險的幫助；高校場館和體育設(shè)施器材鍛煉的人群多樣化，硬件設(shè)施遭到損耗使體育風(fēng)險增大；體育賽事的體育風(fēng)險也很大需要高校體育保險的存在。 3高校體育保險與意外傷害險相比，高校體育保險比意外傷害險更適合在高校開展，甚至是代替意外傷害險而存在。 4美國的高校體育保險險種全面、保險對象全；日本高校體育保險的立法保障全面，發(fā)展我國高校體育保險可以結(jié)合我國的具體現(xiàn)狀，向美國和日本學(xué)習(xí)借鑒。 5發(fā)展推廣我國高校體育保險的對策主要包括這幾點：提高高校體育保險的意識，宣揚高校體育保險文化；體育保險要有法可依而且要逐步完善已有的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)；保險公司實行高校體育保險部分資料共享；我國高校體育保險的定損以及理賠流程不宜過復(fù)雜。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the object-oriented and necessity of college sports insurance in China by means of literature, case analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and mathematical statistics, and compares the accidental injury insurance with the college sports insurance. The following conclusions are obtained: 1 the object of college sports insurance involves the whole university, including teachers, students, stadiums and equipment. The sports risks of sports events also need the existence of college sports insurance. 3 College sports insurance is more suitable to be carried out in colleges and universities than accidental injury insurance. It even exists instead of accidental injury insurance. (4) in the United States, college sports insurance covers all types of insurance and covers all objects; the legislative protection of Japan's college sports insurance is comprehensive, and the development of our country's college sports insurance can be combined with the specific situation in our country. Learn from the United States and Japan. 5 the development and promotion of sports insurance in colleges and universities in China's countermeasures mainly include: to improve the awareness of college sports insurance, promote college sports insurance culture; Sports insurance should have laws and gradually improve the relevant laws and regulations; insurance companies to implement college sports insurance part of the sharing of information; our country's college sports insurance damage and claims process should not be too complex.
