[Abstract]:The employment situation remains basically stable through the implementation of the employment priority strategy and the more active employment policy . In 2012 , the number of new jobs in the whole country was 126.6 million , the number of unemployed persons in urban and urban areas increased by 2.5 million , the registered unemployment rate in urban areas was 4.1 per cent in the end of the year .
