【摘要】：利用市級面板數(shù)據(jù),構建SE-SBM的DEA擴展模型,測度2007—2010年河南省各地區(qū)保險業(yè)技術效率水平,建立Tobit模型分析技術效率的影響因素。結果顯示,河南省保險效率呈緩慢上升態(tài)勢,但仍處于較低水平。各地區(qū)技術效率分布不均衡,純技術效率成為提高技術效率的主要途徑。各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長水平對當?shù)乇ｋU效率沒有發(fā)揮正面的推動作用,保險效率受產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的影響也不明顯。市場化程度對保險業(yè)的技術效率、純技術效率影響顯著為正,對規(guī)模效率影響顯著為負。
[Abstract]:Using the municipal panel data, the DEA expansion model of SE-SBM is constructed to measure the technical efficiency level of insurance industry in Henan province from 2007 to 2010, and to establish the influence factors of the technical efficiency of the analysis of the Tobit model. The result shows that the insurance efficiency in Henan province is slowly rising, but still at a low level. The distribution of technical efficiency in each region is not balanced and pure technology is pure technology. The efficiency of the operation has become the main way to improve the technical efficiency. The economic growth level in each region has not played a positive role in promoting the local insurance efficiency, and the impact of the insurance efficiency is not obviously influenced by the industrial structure. The degree of marketization has a significant effect on the technical efficiency of the insurance industry, the pure technical efficiency, and the significant negative impact on the scale efficiency.
