基于ITIL理論的A保險(xiǎn)公司IT服務(wù)支持改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的管理研究

【摘要】:隨著IT的不斷發(fā)展,IT對(duì)各行各業(yè)的影響越來越大,各個(gè)企業(yè)也越來越重視對(duì)IT的投資。IT是信息技術(shù)的英文縮寫,企業(yè)利用IT開發(fā)出符合自己需要的應(yīng)用,利用這些應(yīng)用可以更好地對(duì)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理,提高管理和生產(chǎn)效率,節(jié)省運(yùn)營成本。但是要充分發(fā)揮IT的價(jià)值,使企業(yè)投資建立的硬件產(chǎn)品和軟件產(chǎn)品更好地為企業(yè)的發(fā)展服務(wù),就必須借助IT服務(wù)管理。 本文首先闡述了IT服務(wù)管理、項(xiàng)目管理及ITIL相關(guān)理論,分析了A保險(xiǎn)公司的IT服務(wù)支持改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的必要性和可行性。然后,文章根據(jù)國內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目管理研究的最新進(jìn)展,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理生命期四個(gè)階段理論,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理在項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)、計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、收尾四個(gè)階段的工作內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述。在項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃與實(shí)施中,主要運(yùn)用了工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)(WBS)、責(zé)任分配矩陣、甘特圖等管理方法。通過對(duì)A保險(xiǎn)公司IT服務(wù)支持改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的管理研究,我們希望能增進(jìn)人們對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的認(rèn)識(shí),即項(xiàng)目管理是全新的管理方法,在時(shí)間、成本、質(zhì)量、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人力資源等各個(gè)方面可以對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全方位的管理。本文為企業(yè)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理提供了一個(gè)基本的思路,可幫助企業(yè)了解項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)施的途徑和方法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of IT, the impact of IT on all walks of life is becoming more and more important, and the enterprises are paying more and more attention to the investment.IT of IT, which is the abbreviation of information technology. The enterprise uses IT to develop the application which is in line with its needs. By using these applications, it can better manage the production of the product, improve the management and production efficiency, and save the operation. But to give full play to the value of IT and make the hardware and software products invested by enterprises to serve the development of enterprises better, it is necessary to use IT service management.
This paper first expounds the IT service management, project management and ITIL related theories, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the A insurance company's IT service support to improve the project. Then, according to the latest progress of the project management research at home and abroad, the article uses the four stages of the project management life period theory to start, plan and implement the project management in the project. In the plan and implementation of the four stages, we mainly use the work decomposition structure (WBS), the responsibility allocation matrix, the Gantt chart and other management methods. Through the research on the improvement of the project management by the IT service support of the A insurance company, we hope to improve the people's understanding of the project management, that is, the project management is the management of the project The new management method can manage all aspects of the project in various aspects such as time, cost, quality and risk human resource. This paper provides a basic idea for the enterprise to implement project management, which can help enterprises to understand the ways and methods of project management implementation.
