【摘要】：當前,車輛廣泛應用于生產(chǎn)和生活的各個領域。然而,由于我國的保險業(yè)仍處于起步階段,車輛保險理賠經(jīng)營管理的理論研究和實踐積累都較為薄弱,激烈的市場競爭與多年的積習致使保險理賠中存在很大的風險。因此,降低車險理賠風險,加強風險控制管理,已成為我國車輛保險事業(yè)上一個亟待解決與研究的重要課題�；谲囕v保險理賠風險控制管理問題在理論上和實踐上的重要性,本文以車輛保險理賠項目為基礎,對當前國內外車輛保險發(fā)展歷程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行回顧和闡述的同時,結合風險管理的相關理論,詳細分析了我國車輛保險理賠項目存在的風險因素及形成的內外部原因,為進一步對車輛保險理賠項目風險評價提供依據(jù);利用層次分析法確定風險因素權重,并運用三角模糊評價方法對車輛保險理賠項目風險進行評價;選取具有一定代表性的太平洋保險支公司的車輛保險理賠項目作為研究的實際依據(jù),對上述評價方法進行驗證,指明該車輛保險理賠項目風險管理的必要性,同時針對車輛保險理賠項目風險的具體內容,提出車輛保險理賠項目風險控制的具體控制措施。本文的研究力圖探索出車輛保險理賠項目風險控制的規(guī)律和方法,借以提出完善我國車輛保險理賠項目風險控制的有效對策。從而為進一步規(guī)范我國車輛保險業(yè)競爭秩序,促進車險市場場健康、快速的發(fā)展提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:At present, vehicles are widely used in various fields of production and life. However, because the insurance industry of our country is still in its infancy, the theoretical research and practical accumulation of the management of vehicle insurance claims are relatively weak, and the fierce market competition and the accumulation of habits for many years lead to great risks in the insurance claims settlement. Therefore, reducing the risk of auto insurance claims and strengthening risk control management has become an important subject to be solved and studied in China's vehicle insurance industry. Based on the importance of risk control and management of vehicle insurance claims in theory and practice, this paper reviews and expounds the development history and present situation of vehicle insurance at home and abroad, based on the vehicle insurance claim project. Combined with the theory of risk management, this paper analyzes in detail the risk factors and internal and external causes of vehicle insurance claims in China, which provides the basis for further risk evaluation of vehicle insurance claims. Using AHP to determine the weight of risk factors and using triangular fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the risk of vehicle insurance claims project; This paper selects the vehicle insurance claim project of Pacific insurance branch company as the actual basis of the research, verifies the above evaluation method, and points out the necessity of risk management of the vehicle insurance claim project. At the same time, aiming at the specific contents of vehicle insurance claim project risk, the specific control measures of vehicle insurance claim project risk control are put forward. This paper tries to explore the law and method of risk control of vehicle insurance claim project, so as to put forward effective countermeasures to perfect the risk control of vehicle insurance claim project in our country. Therefore, it provides some reference for further standardizing the competition order of our country's automobile insurance industry, promoting the healthy and rapid development of the auto insurance market.
