【摘要】:保險(xiǎn)公司之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力是指在同一市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下同行業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者實(shí)現(xiàn)其經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的綜合能力。保險(xiǎn)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)是指使參與保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的各方利益者(包括客戶、管理者、投資者和所有者)的利益得到最大的滿足,并且為保險(xiǎn)公司自身的生存和發(fā)展創(chuàng)造安全、穩(wěn)健和持續(xù)的價(jià)值。 中國(guó)人壽是一家經(jīng)營(yíng)人壽保險(xiǎn)和財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)的大型央企,經(jīng)營(yíng)效益常居國(guó)內(nèi)壽險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)首位,連續(xù)六年入選“世界品牌500強(qiáng)”。近年來(lái),由于國(guó)外壽險(xiǎn)公司參與國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),造成供大于求,保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)存在需求不足的問(wèn)題。隨著中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的逐步開放,外資保險(xiǎn)公司的進(jìn)駐,人壽保險(xiǎn)公司之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,中國(guó)人壽在發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),尤其體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、傳統(tǒng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模式、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、人才流失頻繁等方面。中國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)公司的發(fā)展面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇的同時(shí),為鞏固發(fā)展成果,保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)中國(guó)人壽來(lái)說(shuō),找到正確的提升自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方法最為重要。 本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外壽險(xiǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,并將中國(guó)人壽與國(guó)內(nèi)外壽險(xiǎn)公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)及不足進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的比較分析。針對(duì)中國(guó)人壽在壽險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中應(yīng)該注意的種種問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和研究,為中國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)公司的穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展提出自己的看法。
[Abstract]:The competitiveness of insurance companies refers to the comprehensive ability of competitors in the same market environment to achieve their business objectives. The business objective of the insurance company is to maximize the interests of all parties involved in the insurance business, including customers, managers, investors and owners, and to create security for the survival and development of the insurance company itself. Steady and continuous value. China Life Insurance is a large state-owned enterprise which manages life insurance and property insurance. It often ranks first in the domestic life insurance market and has been selected as the top 500 brand in the world for six consecutive years. In recent years, due to the participation of foreign life insurance companies in the domestic market competition, the supply exceeds demand, and there is insufficient demand in the insurance market. With the gradual opening of China's insurance market and the entry of foreign insurance companies, the competition among life insurance companies is increasingly intensified. China Life faces severe challenges in the process of development, especially in the management and traditional competition mode. Construction of corporate culture, frequent brain drain and other aspects. The development of China Life Insurance Company is faced with great challenges and opportunities. In order to consolidate the development achievements and maintain the competitive advantage, it is most important for China Life Insurance Company to find a correct way to enhance its competitiveness. This paper expounds the present situation of life insurance industry at home and abroad, and makes a serious comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages between China Life Insurance and domestic and foreign life insurance companies. This paper analyzes and studies the problems that China Life Insurance should pay attention to in the market competition of life insurance, and puts forward its own views for the stable and healthy development of Chinese life insurance companies.
