【摘要】：作為我國(guó)一項(xiàng)重要的財(cái)政惠農(nóng)舉措,奶牛保險(xiǎn)政策的目的在于利用保險(xiǎn)手段建立疫病和自然災(zāi)害的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制,穩(wěn)定養(yǎng)殖戶收入,調(diào)節(jié)并促進(jìn)養(yǎng)殖戶的奶牛養(yǎng)殖行為。本文通過(guò)對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)500戶奶牛養(yǎng)殖戶的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,應(yīng)用基準(zhǔn)模型和工具變量模型,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)?zāi)膛１ｋU(xiǎn)政策對(duì)養(yǎng)殖戶奶牛養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模決策行為的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在控制養(yǎng)殖戶參保行為的內(nèi)生性后,奶牛保險(xiǎn)政策的參與顯著改變了養(yǎng)殖戶的奶牛養(yǎng)殖決策行為,有助于提高養(yǎng)殖戶從事奶牛養(yǎng)殖的積極性,激勵(lì)養(yǎng)殖戶擴(kuò)大奶牛養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模。
[Abstract]:As an important measure of financial benefit to farmers in China, the purpose of dairy cow insurance policy is to establish the risk prevention mechanism of epidemic disease and natural disaster by means of insurance, to stabilize farmers' income and to regulate and promote the dairy cattle breeding behavior of farmers. Based on the questionnaire survey of 500 dairy cattle farmers in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, this paper empirically examines the influence of dairy insurance policy on the decision-making behavior of dairy cattle breeding scale by using the benchmark model and the tool variable model. The results show that: after controlling the endogenous behavior of farmers, the participation of dairy cow insurance policy has significantly changed the decision-making behavior of dairy cattle breeding, which is helpful to improve the enthusiasm of farmers to engage in dairy cattle breeding. Encourage farmers to expand the scale of dairy cattle breeding.
