【摘要】：在人口老齡化日趨嚴(yán)峻、長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保障政策準(zhǔn)備嚴(yán)重不足的雙重壓力下,如何應(yīng)對(duì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的老年長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理需求將給我國(guó)社會(huì)保障體系帶來(lái)重要挑戰(zhàn)。歷經(jīng)十余年的發(fā)展,日本成功構(gòu)筑起社會(huì)化的長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)體系。為此,分析日本創(chuàng)設(shè)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)政策的背景與成因,為我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保障政策的構(gòu)建提供了有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the double pressure of aging of population and insufficient preparation of long-term nursing security policy, how to cope with the increasing demand for long-term care for the elderly will bring important challenges to the social security system of our country. After more than ten years of development, Japan has successfully constructed a socialized long-term care insurance system. Therefore, the background and causes of the establishment of long term nursing insurance policy in Japan are analyzed, which provides useful experience for the construction of long term nursing insurance policy in China.
