【摘要】:隨著知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來,人才成為了企業(yè)的立足之本,目前企業(yè)之間的競爭,主要在于人才資源的競爭,怎樣合理利用人才資源,這是企業(yè)發(fā)展的前提。人才將成為企業(yè)競爭核心,成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。而培訓是一項對企業(yè)、員工都具有雙贏利益的投資,因為它不僅可以加強企業(yè)對外部環(huán)境發(fā)展變化的適應(yīng)能力,而且還可以滿足員工自我能力的提高。對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部資源構(gòu)建科學高效的培訓體系,從而不斷提高企業(yè)競爭的核心,加強員工的素質(zhì)和管理能力,這個因素將有利地推動企業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文研究以A保險公司培訓體系現(xiàn)狀為對象,通過對公司人力資源狀況和培訓資料進行收集、整理和分析,找出培訓工作過程中存在的不足,包括:培訓機制不健全;培訓組織分工不夠清晰;保障工作不到位;需要進一步加強培訓制度管理實施;培訓體系不夠合理等等。通過對國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的培訓經(jīng)驗的學習,結(jié)合培訓文獻研究和相關(guān)理論、理論聯(lián)系實踐研究等方法,構(gòu)建了新培訓體系的流程、內(nèi)容和系統(tǒng),并加以相應(yīng)的培訓支撐保障制度及實施步驟以保證其實施。結(jié)合公司的實際情況對培訓需求進行分析,對培訓實施保障等具體方面進行重點分析。通過對培訓機制的完善,重點解決當前A保險公司培訓的實際問題,目的在于建設(shè)行之有效的培訓體系,大力培養(yǎng)符合公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的需求,素質(zhì)較高的人才團隊,促使其在企業(yè)和個人發(fā)展方面達到雙贏的效果。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, talents have become the base of enterprises. At present, the competition among enterprises mainly lies in the competition of human resources, how to make rational use of human resources, which is the premise of the development of enterprises. Talent will become the core of enterprise competition and the key to enterprise development. Training is a win-win investment for enterprises and employees, because it can not only strengthen the ability of adapting to the development and change of external environment, but also satisfy the improvement of employees' self-ability. To build a scientific and efficient training system for the internal and external resources of the enterprise, so as to continuously improve the core of the enterprise competition, strengthen the quality of the staff and management ability, this factor will promote the development of the enterprise. This paper takes the current situation of training system of A insurance company as the object, through collecting, sorting out and analyzing the human resource situation and training data of the company, finds out the deficiency in the training process, including: the training mechanism is not perfect; The division of labor in training organization is not clear enough; the guarantee work is not in place; the management and implementation of training system need to be further strengthened; the training system is not reasonable and so on. By studying the training experience of excellent enterprises at home and abroad, combining with the research of training literature and related theories, combining theory with practice research, this paper constructs the flow, content and system of the new training system. And the corresponding training support security system and implementation steps to ensure its implementation. Combined with the actual situation of the company to analyze the training needs, training implementation security and other specific aspects of the analysis. Through perfecting the training mechanism, we should focus on solving the practical problems of the current A insurance company's training. The purpose is to build an effective training system, and to vigorously cultivate a high-quality talent team that meets the needs of the company's development strategy. Promote its enterprise and personal development to achieve a win-win effect.
