【摘要】：正出口信用保險(xiǎn)是國(guó)家為了推動(dòng)本國(guó)的出口貿(mào)易,保障出口企業(yè)的收匯安全而制定的一項(xiàng)由國(guó)家財(cái)政提供保險(xiǎn)準(zhǔn)備金的非贏利性的政策性保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)。出口信用保險(xiǎn)能夠在拉動(dòng)出口結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的同時(shí),促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,對(duì)于落實(shí)十八大提出的轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,推進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)科學(xué)發(fā)展具有重要意義。但是,目前出口信用保險(xiǎn)無(wú)論在國(guó)家層面,還是在出口信用保險(xiǎn)公司、企業(yè)層面都存在很多問(wèn)題,其政策
[Abstract]:Positive export credit insurance is a non-profit policy insurance business, which is formulated by the state to promote the export trade and ensure the foreign exchange collection security of the export enterprises. Export credit insurance can promote the optimization of economic structure while promoting the optimization of export structure and upgrading of industrial structure. It is of great significance to carry out the transformation of economic development mode proposed by the 18th National Congress of National Congress and to promote the scientific development of economy in our country. However, at present, there are many problems in export credit insurance whether at the national level or in export credit insurance companies.
