S跨國保險(xiǎn)公司中層管理人員培養(yǎng)策略研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著S跨國保險(xiǎn)公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,各地分公司相繼成立,但是公司發(fā)展卻面臨著中層管理人員斷層的挑戰(zhàn)。如何構(gòu)建一套中層管理人員的培養(yǎng)體系,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先分析了公司中層管理人員斷層的情況,并從公司文化、經(jīng)營理念和公司人事制度三方面分析了中層管理人員斷層的原因,并從公司文化職能營造、員工直升通道和薪酬制度完善三方面提出了中層管理人員的培養(yǎng)策略。 文章主要分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分是緒論。在緒論中,闡述了本文的研究背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和研究?jī)?nèi)容。第二部分是斷層情況描述,主要介紹了公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀、公司的福利制度等等,從年齡、學(xué)歷、崗位等方面分析了中層管理人員的斷層情況。第三部分是斷層原因分析。主要從公司文化、經(jīng)營理念和公司人事制度三方面分析了中層管理人員斷層的原因。第四部分是培養(yǎng)策略分析。從公司文化職能營造、員工直升通道和薪酬制度完善三方面提出了中層管理人員的培養(yǎng)略。 本文是對(duì)S跨國保險(xiǎn)公司人力資源管理的探索和創(chuàng)新,幫助S跨國保險(xiǎn)公司完善了中層管理人員培養(yǎng)的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)推進(jìn)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)提高人力資源管理水平有一定的借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the business development of S multinational insurance company, local branches have been established one after another, but the development of the company is facing the challenge of middle management fault. How to build a middle-level management personnel training system, has very important practical significance. This paper first analyzes the fault of middle-level managers, and analyzes the reasons of the fault from three aspects of company culture, management concept and company personnel system, and constructs the function of corporate culture. The training strategies of middle-level managers are put forward in three aspects: the direct promotion channel and the perfection of salary system. The article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction. In the introduction, the research background and significance of this paper, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and research content are described. The second part is the fault description, mainly introduces the company's organizational structure and management status, the company's welfare system and so on, and analyzes the fault situation of middle management staff from the aspects of age, education, position and so on. The third part is fault cause analysis. This paper analyzes the reasons for the fault of middle managers from three aspects of company culture, management concept and company personnel system. The fourth part is the training strategy analysis. This paper puts forward the training strategy of middle management from three aspects: the construction of company cultural function, the direct promotion of employees and the perfection of salary system. This paper is to explore and innovate the human resource management of S multinational insurance company, and help S multinational insurance company to perfect the design of middle management training. It has certain reference significance and reference value to promote the insurance industry to improve the level of human resources management.
