競盛保險經(jīng)紀公司的項目管理研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會,隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,市場的不確定性和風(fēng)險不斷提高,企業(yè)面臨的競爭逐漸加劇,項目管理作為一項有效的方法和體系,已經(jīng)被幾乎所有的產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域所應(yīng)用,其理論體系也日益完善。競盛保險經(jīng)紀公司是國內(nèi)保險經(jīng)紀市場排名前十的公司之一,但隨著市場競爭主體不斷增加和競爭日益激烈,競盛公司要保持業(yè)務(wù)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展,在市場競爭中立于不敗之地,就要考慮從公司管理上進行完善和創(chuàng)新。目前公司在業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展及運營管理過程中,,己經(jīng)在逐步應(yīng)用項目管理,雖取得一定成效,但在具體項目應(yīng)用方面還存在很多不足,因此如何應(yīng)用項目管理服務(wù)于公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,促使公司競爭力提升,是擺在公司面前迫切需要解決的問題。 在學(xué)習(xí)和介紹國內(nèi)外項目管理理論研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文首先對競盛公司項目管理應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進行描述和分析,并提出改進項目管理水平的總體對策。繼而,又從項目組織結(jié)構(gòu)和項目績效考評體系兩個方面重點進行了分析和對策研究。項目組織結(jié)構(gòu)方面,本文提出引入矩陣型項目組織結(jié)構(gòu)來彌補競盛公司以往單一職能型項目組織結(jié)構(gòu)在大型項目操作中存在的不足,并對如何構(gòu)建跨部門項目團隊及實施中應(yīng)注意的問題進行了論述。項目績效考評方面,本文設(shè)計了一套基于公司戰(zhàn)略的項目績效考評體系。通過使用平衡計分卡、關(guān)鍵績效指標等工具,將組織戰(zhàn)略分解到具體的項目和崗位中去,轉(zhuǎn)化為可執(zhí)行的項目目標,并將項目績效考評結(jié)果反饋到戰(zhàn)略上,不斷優(yōu)化公司戰(zhàn)略,形成一個不斷完善公司管理的循環(huán)。希望本文的研究能夠為今后項目管理理論在保險經(jīng)紀行業(yè)的深入應(yīng)用做出一點微薄的貢獻。
[Abstract]:In today's society, with the development of information technology, the uncertainty and risk of the market is increasing, and the competition of enterprises is becoming more and more serious. As an effective method and system, project management has been applied in almost all industrial fields. Its theoretical system is also increasingly perfect. Jingsheng Insurance Brokerage Company is one of the top 10 companies in the domestic insurance brokerage market. However, with the increasing number of competitors in the market and the increasingly fierce competition, Jingsheng wants to maintain the steady and steady development of its business. In the market competition in an invincible position, we must consider from the company management to improve and innovate. At present, the company has gradually applied project management in the process of business development and operation management. Although it has achieved certain results, there are still many deficiencies in the application of specific projects. Therefore, how to use project management to serve the business development of the company, To promote the competitiveness of the company, is put in front of the company urgent need to solve the problem. On the basis of studying and introducing the research results of project management theory at home and abroad, this paper first describes and analyzes the current situation of project management application in Jingsheng Company, and puts forward the overall countermeasures to improve the level of project management. Then, from the project organization structure and the project performance appraisal system two aspects emphatically carries on the analysis and the countermeasure research. In terms of project organization structure, this paper proposes to introduce matrix project organization structure to make up for the shortcomings of single function project organization structure of Jingsheng Company in large-scale project operation. It also discusses how to construct cross-departmental project team and the problems to be paid attention to in implementation. In the aspect of project performance evaluation, this paper designs a project performance evaluation system based on company strategy. Through the use of balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and other tools, the organizational strategy is decomposed into specific projects and positions, and translated into executable project objectives, and the results of project performance evaluation are fed back to the strategy, and the company strategy is continuously optimized. Form a continuous improvement of the company's management cycle. It is hoped that the research in this paper can make a little contribution to the further application of project management theory in insurance brokerage industry.
