【摘要】:保險(xiǎn)市場的快速發(fā)展和保險(xiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的擴(kuò)張使保險(xiǎn)公司在各個層面都出現(xiàn)了較大的人力缺口,尤其缺乏有從業(yè)資歷的管理人員、專業(yè)技術(shù)人員、優(yōu)質(zhì)的銷售人才。人力資源已成為核心競爭力的重要因素,成為競爭中取勝的重要因素。如何做好內(nèi)部員工的績效管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才引進(jìn)、鞏固和穩(wěn)定的目標(biāo),是保險(xiǎn)公司人力資源管理的重要任務(wù)。 C壽險(xiǎn)揚(yáng)州中心支公司作為三級機(jī)構(gòu),面臨揚(yáng)州市場上多家保險(xiǎn)公司的競爭,在行業(yè)發(fā)展乏力的新形勢下,揚(yáng)州公司適時調(diào)整人力資源管理政策,激發(fā)員工工作激情,開拓員工創(chuàng)新能力,才能適應(yīng)市場變化,促進(jìn)公司業(yè)務(wù)平穩(wěn)健康的發(fā)展。因此,科學(xué)有效的績效管理體系,對增強(qiáng)C壽險(xiǎn)揚(yáng)州公司企業(yè)內(nèi)部活力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著深刻的意義。通過績效管理,可以調(diào)動員工積極性、發(fā)揮潛能、增強(qiáng)執(zhí)行力,提高公司的管理水平,將員工的活動與公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)緊密聯(lián)系在一起,提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力。 C壽險(xiǎn)揚(yáng)州公司目前采用的績效管理方法,已經(jīng)實(shí)施了三年,取得了一定成效,但也存在一些問題。本文在闡述C壽險(xiǎn)揚(yáng)州中心支公司績效管理的現(xiàn)狀后,運(yùn)用績效管理相關(guān)理論對存在問題進(jìn)行分析,最后根據(jù)公司實(shí)際,對問題提出改進(jìn)意見,以期提升揚(yáng)州中心支公司的績效管理水平,促進(jìn)C壽險(xiǎn)揚(yáng)州中心支公司的績效目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn),提升公司的競爭力。本文的研究基于保險(xiǎn)公司三級機(jī)構(gòu)的具體情況,對同行業(yè)三級機(jī)構(gòu)的績效管理提供一個可以參考的范本,希望能夠起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of insurance market and the expansion of insurance institutions, insurance companies have a large manpower shortage at all levels, especially lack of qualified managers, technical personnel, high-quality sales personnel. Human resources has become an important factor of core competitiveness and an important factor to win the competition. It is an important task of human resource management for insurance companies to do well the performance management of internal employees, to realize the goal of talent introduction, consolidation and stability. C Life Insurance Yangzhou Central Branch Company, as a third-level organization, faces the competition of many insurance companies in Yangzhou market. Under the new situation of weak industry development, Yangzhou Company timely adjusts its human resources management policy to stimulate the staff's passion for work. Develop employees' innovative ability to adapt to market changes and promote the smooth and healthy development of the company's business. Therefore, a scientific and effective performance management system is of great significance to enhance the vitality and sustainable development of C life insurance Yangzhou Company. Through the performance management, we can mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, exert their potential, enhance the executive power, improve the management level of the company, closely link the employee's activities with the company's strategic objectives, and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The performance management method adopted by C Life Insurance Yangzhou Company has been implemented for three years and has achieved certain results, but there are still some problems. After expounding the current situation of the performance management of Yangzhou Central Branch Company of C Life Insurance, this paper analyzes the existing problems by using the theory of performance management, and finally, according to the actual situation of the company, puts forward some suggestions to improve the problems. In order to improve the performance management level of Yangzhou central branch company, promote the C life insurance Yangzhou central branch company performance goal realization, enhance the competitiveness of the company. The research of this paper is based on the specific situation of the three-level institutions of insurance companies, and provides a reference model for the performance management of the three-level institutions in the same industry, hoping to play a certain reference role.
