【摘要】:中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)對(duì)外開(kāi)放十年,大舉入市的外資保險(xiǎn)公司為國(guó)內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)日趨激烈的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。保險(xiǎn)公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)最終體現(xiàn)在人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上,而人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根到底是公司績(jī)效管理能力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。現(xiàn)在績(jī)效管理作為公司綜合實(shí)力的體現(xiàn),已經(jīng)越來(lái)越受到壽險(xiǎn)公司的重視。無(wú)論對(duì)中資或外資壽險(xiǎn)公司而言,建立一套符合中國(guó)國(guó)情并適合公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效的績(jī)效管理體系,對(duì)提高企業(yè)的管理效率和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,都具有重要的實(shí)際意義。同時(shí),建立科學(xué)有效的績(jī)效管理體系也是企業(yè)持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng),提升內(nèi)涵價(jià)值的重要條件。因此,研究保險(xiǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效管理在實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)中的運(yùn)用,對(duì)理論研究和實(shí)踐操作都具有積極意義。 本文以A保險(xiǎn)公司為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)證分析法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和訪談法等研究方法,針對(duì)其現(xiàn)行績(jī)效管理體系進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并深入剖析問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因。以解決這些問(wèn)題為出發(fā)點(diǎn),結(jié)合績(jī)效管理理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外成功的績(jī)效管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有針對(duì)性的對(duì)A保險(xiǎn)公司績(jī)效管理體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì);诖,從五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行分析,其中第一個(gè)部分是導(dǎo)論,本文分別從研究背景、研究意義、研究方法、文獻(xiàn)綜述、以及研究的主要內(nèi)容與框架五個(gè)部分來(lái)對(duì)其進(jìn)行闡述;第二部分主要介紹績(jī)效考核相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),包括績(jī)效考核的內(nèi)涵、績(jī)效考核的特征以及績(jī)效考核體系等方面來(lái)對(duì)其進(jìn)行闡述;第三部分為A保險(xiǎn)公司實(shí)施績(jī)效考核的現(xiàn)狀分析,主要包括A保險(xiǎn)公司簡(jiǎn)介、績(jī)效考核的現(xiàn)狀以及當(dāng)前績(jī)效考核體系存在的問(wèn)題及原因;第四部分主要對(duì)A保險(xiǎn)公司進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核體系的優(yōu)化,本章首先從績(jī)效考核體系構(gòu)建的思路、原則進(jìn)行介紹,然后根據(jù)A保險(xiǎn)公司績(jī)效考核存在的主要問(wèn)題,提出績(jī)效考核優(yōu)化措施;第五部分為A保險(xiǎn)公司績(jī)效考核體系的實(shí)施,包括新績(jī)效考核體系的實(shí)施流程及保障措施;最后為結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:China's insurance market has opened to the outside world for ten years, and the foreign insurance companies that have entered the market on a large scale have brought more and more fierce industry competition to the domestic insurance market.The core competition of insurance companies is embodied in the competition of human resources, and the competition of human resources is, in the final analysis, the competition of the company's performance management ability.Performance management as the embodiment of the comprehensive strength of the company, has been more and more attention of life insurance companies.Whether for Chinese or foreign life insurance companies, it is of great practical significance to establish an effective performance management system that is suitable for China's national conditions and suitable for the company's development strategy to improve the management efficiency and core competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time, the establishment of scientific and effective performance management system is also an important condition for enterprises to continue to operate and enhance the intrinsic value.Therefore, the study of the application of insurance performance management in practical operation is of great significance to both theoretical research and practical operation.In this paper, A insurance company as the research object, through the empirical analysis, literature research, questionnaire and interviews, and other research methods to analyze its current performance management system, find out the problems and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.In order to solve these problems, combined with the theory of performance management and successful performance management experience at home and abroad, the performance management system of A insurance company is optimized and designed.Based on this, this paper analyzes from five parts, the first part is the introduction, this paper respectively from the research background, research significance, research methods, literature review, as well as the main content and framework of the study to explain its five parts;The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of performance appraisal, including the connotation of performance appraisal, the characteristics of performance appraisal and performance appraisal system.Mainly includes A insurance company profile, the present situation of the performance appraisal, the present performance appraisal system existence question and the reason; the fourth part mainly carries on the performance appraisal system optimization to the A insurance company,This chapter first introduces the ideas and principles of the performance appraisal system, then according to the main problems of A insurance company performance appraisal, puts forward the performance appraisal optimization measures; the fifth part is the implementation of the A insurance company performance appraisal system.Including the implementation of the new performance appraisal system and safeguard measures; the final conclusion and prospects.
