【摘要】:為了使公民享有更加豐富的養(yǎng)老權(quán)益,我國勞動部制定了企業(yè)年金制度,并制定了《企業(yè)年金試行辦法》這一制度規(guī)定,企業(yè)職工除了可以依法享有養(yǎng)老保險制度的福利外,還可以根據(jù)自愿的原則,建立企業(yè)年金這一補充養(yǎng)老保險制度。目前,對企業(yè)年金的服務(wù)已經(jīng)從追求滿足年金受益人的最基本需求發(fā)展為對品質(zhì)的精益求精。A養(yǎng)老保險公司寧夏分公司開展企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)相比同業(yè)較晚,基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)較小,為在日趨激烈的企業(yè)年金市場競爭中獲得優(yōu)勢地位,應(yīng)抓住我國正在進入老齡社會的轉(zhuǎn)折機遇,發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,采取多樣化的營銷策略,力爭做到相互促進并共同發(fā)展,與基本養(yǎng)老保險結(jié)合形成營銷合力,不斷優(yōu)化自身營銷策略,抓住更多的企業(yè)年金管理機會,使A養(yǎng)老保險公司寧夏分公司的業(yè)務(wù)更上一層樓。本文在第一部分給出了有關(guān)企業(yè)年金的定義,并闡釋了市場營銷分析模型和我國目前養(yǎng)老市場的市場環(huán)境。隨后,本文以A養(yǎng)老保險公司寧夏分公司為研究對象,以營銷市場模型為理論基礎(chǔ),分別對其面臨的營銷環(huán)境、自身經(jīng)營情況、營銷現(xiàn)狀全面整合,指出了目前存在的問題,并相應(yīng)提出了營銷策略改進方式及具體策略分析。最后,本文對A養(yǎng)老保險公司寧夏分公司開展企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)營銷策略進行了總結(jié):A養(yǎng)老保險公司寧夏分公司應(yīng)圍繞客戶需求展開業(yè)務(wù),充分考慮市場中的各個要素,隨之達到擴大企業(yè)年金業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模,鞏固企業(yè)年金市場地位的目的,實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to enable citizens to enjoy more abundant pension rights and interests, the Ministry of Labor of our country has formulated the enterprise annuity system and the "measures for trial implementation of enterprise annuity", which stipulates that enterprise workers can enjoy the benefits of the old-age insurance system in addition to being able to enjoy the benefits of the old-age insurance system in accordance with the law.Also can according to voluntary principle, establish this supplementary endowment insurance system of enterprise annuity.At present, the service for enterprise annuity has developed from pursuing the most basic needs of pension beneficiaries to improving quality. Ningxia branch of pension insurance company, a pension insurance company, has developed its enterprise annuity business later than its peers and has a relatively small infrastructure.In order to gain an advantage position in the increasingly fierce competition of enterprise annuity market, we should seize the turning point opportunity that our country is entering into the aging society, give play to our own advantage, adopt diversified marketing strategy, strive to promote each other and develop together.Combining with basic old-age insurance to form marketing joint forces, constantly optimize its own marketing strategy, seize more opportunities of enterprise annuity management, make A pension insurance company Ningxia branch business to a higher level.In the first part of this paper, the definition of enterprise annuity is given, and the marketing analysis model and the market environment of pension market in China are explained.Then, this paper takes Ningxia Branch of A Endowment Insurance Company as the research object, takes the marketing market model as the theoretical foundation, respectively to its facing marketing environment, own management situation, marketing present situation comprehensive conformity, pointed out the present existence question.And accordingly proposed the marketing strategy improvement way and the concrete strategy analysis.Finally, this paper sums up the marketing strategy of pension business in Ningxia branch of A pension insurance company, which should focus on the needs of customers and take into account all factors in the market.Then the purpose of expanding the scale of enterprise annuity business, consolidating the market position of enterprise annuity and realizing the steady development of enterprise annuity business is achieved.
