【摘要】：促進(jìn)農(nóng)戶土地流轉(zhuǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)土地資源優(yōu)化配置是提高我國現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的重要方式。利用中國健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查(CHARLS)2013年數(shù)據(jù)庫,結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),分析了新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度、健康狀況和農(nóng)戶土地流轉(zhuǎn)行為決策的作用路徑,利用中介效應(yīng)分析模型和Tobit模型,借助健康狀況這一中介變量,實(shí)證分析了新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度對東部8省農(nóng)戶土地流轉(zhuǎn)行為的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)鄉(xiāng)級住院補(bǔ)償比對農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)量和農(nóng)地轉(zhuǎn)入量有顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)性,住院封頂線對農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)量有正向影響;其他結(jié)構(gòu)變量則都不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)顯著性;(2)健康狀況在新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度方面對東部8省農(nóng)戶農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)及農(nóng)地轉(zhuǎn)入的驅(qū)動過程中起到中介傳導(dǎo)作用。本研究為更好地促進(jìn)新農(nóng)合制度與其他惠農(nóng)政策的融合、改善農(nóng)戶的生活水平提供了進(jìn)一步的參考。
[Abstract]:It is an important way to improve the competitiveness of modern agriculture in China to promote the land circulation of farmers and realize the optimal allocation of land resources.By using the CHARLS2013 database of China Health and Old-age tracking Survey, and combining the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the new rural cooperative medical system, the health status and the decision-making path of farmers' land transfer behavior, and makes use of the intermediary effect analysis model and Tobit model.With the help of the mediating variable of health condition, this paper empirically analyzes the influence of the new rural cooperative medical system on the land circulation behavior of farmers in 8 eastern provinces.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the amount of rural land transfer and the amount of farmland transfer compared with the ratio of rural hospitalization compensation, and the peak line of hospitalization has a positive effect on the amount of farmland transfer.The other structural variables are not statistically significant. The health status plays an intermediary role in the driving process of rural land transfer and agricultural land transfer in the new rural cooperative medical system in 8 eastern provinces.This study provides a further reference for promoting the integration of the NCMS system with other preferential agricultural policies and improving the living standards of farmers.
