【摘要】：隨著20世紀(jì)末我國(guó)人口老齡化問(wèn)題的加劇,近幾年來(lái)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)成為我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。越來(lái)越多的國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者基于長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)的需求、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、國(guó)際比較、制度政策展開(kāi)研究。然而目前為止,研究方法主要局限于定性分析和基于問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的定量分析,研究?jī)?nèi)容主要是多種因素的共同討論。 本文主要針對(duì)人壽保險(xiǎn)和社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)對(duì)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)需求的影響進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)收集二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),利用2006年至2011年30個(gè)省份的面板數(shù)據(jù),建立雙對(duì)數(shù)線(xiàn)性模型來(lái)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)論包括人壽保險(xiǎn)對(duì)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)需求主要表現(xiàn)出替代作用,而社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)對(duì)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)需求主要表現(xiàn)出促進(jìn)作用,并得到其他因素對(duì)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)需求的影響。同時(shí),本文基于研究結(jié)論對(duì)我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)的建議,有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。 本文分為五章,第一章是引言,介紹了本文的研究背景、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法、論文結(jié)構(gòu)以及論文的創(chuàng)新與不足；第二章闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究成果,并進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)評(píng)述；第三章闡述了長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)的概況,為之后的闡述提供了依據(jù)；第四章分為理論分析和實(shí)證分析兩部分,通過(guò)這兩種研究方法的結(jié)合,對(duì)人壽保險(xiǎn)和社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)對(duì)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)需求的影響進(jìn)行了分析；第五章總結(jié)了本文的不足之處和后續(xù)研究的方向,并對(duì)如何發(fā)展我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the aging population in China at the end of the 20th century, long-term nursing insurance has become a hot research topic in the field of insurance in recent years.More and more domestic scholars research on the demand of long-term care insurance, product design, international comparison and institutional policy.However, so far, the research methods are mainly limited to qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis based on questionnaires.This paper focuses on the impact of life insurance and social insurance on the demand for long-term care insurance. Through collecting second-hand data and using panel data of 30 provinces from 2006 to 2011, a double-logarithmic linear model is established to carry out empirical analysis.Conclusion Life insurance plays an important role in replacing the demand of long-term care insurance, while social insurance plays an important role in promoting the demand of long-term care insurance, and the influence of other factors on the demand of long-term care insurance is obtained.At the same time, based on the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the development of long-term nursing insurance in China, which has certain practical value.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research content, research methods, the structure of the paper and the innovation and deficiency of the paper, the second chapter describes the research results of relevant literature at home and abroad, and carries on the literature review;The third chapter describes the general situation of long-term care insurance, which provides the basis for the later elaboration; the fourth chapter is divided into two parts: theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, through the combination of these two research methods,This paper analyzes the influence of life insurance and social insurance on the demand of long-term care insurance. Chapter five summarizes the deficiency of this paper and the direction of follow-up research, and puts forward some suggestions on how to develop long-term care insurance in China.
