【摘要】：2016年6月財(cái)政部頒布了《管理會(huì)計(jì)基本指引》,該指引強(qiáng)調(diào)管理會(huì)計(jì)創(chuàng)新工具要為企業(yè)決策提供支持。本文從BW公司財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對(duì)該公司財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心的建設(shè)、目前面臨的問題及改進(jìn)對(duì)策進(jìn)行了分析和探討。BW公司財(cái)務(wù)共享中心運(yùn)行在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控、決策支持等方面取得了顯著效果,但也應(yīng)該看到財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心面臨的挑戰(zhàn)多種多樣。希望通過本文的研究,對(duì)其它企業(yè)在實(shí)施和完善財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心等管理會(huì)計(jì)創(chuàng)新工具方面具有啟發(fā)及借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In June 2016, the Ministry of Finance issued the basic guidelines for Management Accounting, which emphasizes the importance of innovative tools for management accounting to support corporate decision-making.Based on the current situation of the financial sharing service center of BW Company, this paper analyzes the construction of the financial sharing service center of BW Company, the problems faced and the improvement countermeasures, and discusses the risk management and management of the financial sharing center of BW Company.Decision support has achieved remarkable results, but it should also be seen that the challenges faced by the Financial sharing Service Center are diverse.It is hoped that the research in this paper will be helpful to other enterprises in implementing and perfecting the innovative tools of management accounting such as financial shared service center.
