【摘要】：隨著中國保險市場的發(fā)展,農村人身保險市場發(fā)展的拓荒階段基本結束,依靠粗放的經營手段進行農村人身保險市場開發(fā)已經無法適應新的形勢要求。 基于以上原因,本文圍繞我國農村人身保險需求,分析了我國農村人身保險現狀及發(fā)展趨勢,其中不乏運用了灰色系統(tǒng)方法、比較研究方法、定性研究等方法,展開了以下研究： 第一章對我國農村人身保險基本概念和分類進行簡述,即農村養(yǎng)老保險、農村醫(yī)療保險和農民工意外傷害保險,之后詳盡介紹了我國農村人身保險需求的特征。 第二章分別闡述分析了農村養(yǎng)老保險、農村醫(yī)療保險和農民工意外傷害保險現狀及需求。在前述理論的支撐下,分別從農村人口特征；現階段農村醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生條件；農民工職業(yè)結構、工作特征及保障水平等維度定性研究了我國農村養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療保險及農民工意外傷害保險的現狀。 第三章是在對我國農村保險未來發(fā)展環(huán)境以及國外農民人身保險模式進行介紹和分析的基礎上,對我國農村保險發(fā)展趨勢進行了預測。 第四章是對我國農村人身保險有了充分分析后,對我國農村未來養(yǎng)老保險、醫(yī)療保險和農民工意外傷害保險為主的中國農村人身保險的發(fā)展提出了策略參考。確定了具體的目標市場,提出了針對我國農民的產品策略、價格策略、渠道策略和促銷策略。達到激發(fā)農民對保險的欲望,進而產生保險需求的目的。 第五章提出針對中國農村人身保險市場開發(fā)的配套條件,提出并建議政府通過實施有效的稅收政策、產業(yè)政策、金融管理政策、社會保障政策和收入政策,為商業(yè)性保險公司進一步開發(fā)農村人身保險市場創(chuàng)造條件。 本文存在的創(chuàng)新之處：運用了定性研究與比較研究相結合的方法,彌補了目前實證研究中以定量研究預測為主,概括性不足較大,針對性不強,指引性不夠明確的缺點。同時在方法論上對類似研究提供了參考,也豐富了該領域的研究方法；然后,將農村人身保險需求獨立于整個人身保險需求的研究,為農村人身保險的開展提供了便利。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's insurance market, the pioneering stage of rural life insurance market has basically ended. The development of rural life insurance market by extensive management means has been unable to adapt to the new situation.
Based on the above reasons, this paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of rural life insurance in China based on the demand of rural life insurance. There are many researches on the application of grey system method, comparative research method and qualitative research method.
The first chapter briefly describes the basic concepts and classification of rural life insurance in China, that is, rural endowment insurance, rural medical insurance and migrant workers' accidental injury insurance. After that, the characteristics of rural life insurance demand in China are introduced in detail.
The second chapter analyzes the rural endowment insurance, medical insurance and rural migrant workers accident insurance status and demand. In the theory, from the characteristics of the rural population; rural medical and health conditions at this stage; migrant workers occupation structure, work characteristics and guarantee water qualitative research of our country of equal dimensions of rural endowment, medical status insurance and accident insurance for migrant workers.
The third chapter is based on the introduction and analysis of the future development environment of rural insurance and the life insurance mode of foreign farmers, and forecasts the development trend of rural insurance in China.
The fourth chapter is the analysis of China's rural personal insurance in rural areas of China, the future development of endowment insurance, medical insurance and accident insurance of migrant workers mainly Chinese rural life insurance strategy is proposed to determine the reference. A specific target market, put forward our country farmer's product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy. To stimulate farmers to insurance and desire, demand for insurance purposes.
The fifth chapter puts forward the supporting conditions for the development of Chinese rural life insurance market, and puts forward suggestions of government through the implementation of effective tax policy, industrial policy, financial policy, social security and income policies, and create conditions for the commercial insurance company to further develop the rural life insurance market.
The innovation may exist in this paper: using the method of qualitative research and comparative research combined, for the current empirical research with quantitative research forecast. The general lack of greater pertinence, guidance is not clear shortcomings. And the methodology of the research provides a reference, but also enrich the research methods the field of research; then, the demand for life insurance in rural people needs independent of whole life insurance and provide convenience for the development of rural personal insurance.
