【摘要】：在全世界，民生問題是最為普遍的問題，在中國也有其特殊性，它不僅僅是一個社會問題，它同樣是一個哲學問題、經濟問題、更是一個政治問題。如何實現(xiàn)民生是我黨一直以來奮斗的目標，社會保險制度的改革是中國經濟改革的重要組成部分，，它成功與否直接關系到中國經濟改革能否順利進行，也涉及到社會的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展，更關系到民生的發(fā)展。因此，社會保險制度的改革已經成為社會普遍關注重要問題。 本文采用研究歷史研究法，將理論研究和實踐研究相結合，從中國傳統(tǒng)的民生認識和社會保險制度入手分析當前的民生和社會保險制度，進行了深入的研究，并以此為依據(jù)建立社會保險制度的改革，通過總結國外社會保險制度改革的經驗和教訓，制訂完善我國的社會保險制度的建議及措施。主要思路如下： 第一部分：馬克思主義關于民生思想的理論概述。本章闡述了民生和社會保險的概念，多角度全面的認識民生問題，并全面分析了民生與社會保險制度的關系，以及中國共產黨人對民生的發(fā)展。 第二部分：馬克思主義民生視域下的我國社會保險制度存在的問題及成因。介紹了中國的傳統(tǒng)社會保險制度的建立和發(fā)展的過程，分析了傳統(tǒng)的社會保險制度存在的主要問題，并闡述，中國傳統(tǒng)社會保險制度的理論基礎。 第三部分：以馬克思主義民生為指導完善我國社會保險制度的思考。本章在全面分析中國保險制度問題的前提下，展開了論述。并且系統(tǒng)的論述了如何才能更好的解決以上的問題，實現(xiàn)民生建設。
[Abstract]:How to realize people's livelihood is the goal that our party has been striving for all the time. The reform of social insurance system is an important part of China's economic reform. Whether it is successful or not is directly related to the smooth progress of China's economic reform.Also involves the social stability and development, more related to the development of the people's livelihood.Therefore, the reform of social insurance system has become an important social concern.This paper adopts the research history research method, combines the theory research with the practice research, analyzes the current livelihood and the social insurance system from the Chinese traditional people's livelihood cognition and the social insurance system, has carried on the thorough research, has carried on the thorough research from the Chinese traditional people's livelihood cognition and the social insurance system,On the basis of this, the reform of social insurance system is established. Through summing up the experiences and lessons of the reform of foreign social insurance system, the suggestions and measures for perfecting our country's social insurance system are formulated.The main ideas are as follows:The first part: Marxist theory about people's livelihood.This chapter expounds the concept of people's livelihood and social insurance, and comprehensively understands the problems of people's livelihood from various angles, and analyzes the relationship between people's livelihood and social insurance system, as well as the development of the people's livelihood by the Chinese Communists.The second part: the problems and causes of China's social insurance system from the perspective of Marxist people's livelihood.This paper introduces the process of the establishment and development of the traditional social insurance system in China, analyzes the main problems existing in the traditional social insurance system, and expounds the theoretical basis of the traditional social insurance system in China.The third part: to improve our social insurance system under the guidance of Marxist people's livelihood.This chapter discusses the problems of China's insurance system on the premise of comprehensive analysis.And how to better solve the above problems and realize the construction of people's livelihood.
