【摘要】:近幾年來(lái),相比保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)成立初期,業(yè)務(wù)出現(xiàn)下滑趨勢(shì)。從嚴(yán)格意義上講我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)僅有20多年的歷史,保險(xiǎn)代理人制度尚屬形成初期,與國(guó)外200多年的壽險(xiǎn)歷史營(yíng)銷(xiāo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)共同說(shuō)明,保險(xiǎn)代理人是保險(xiǎn)公司賴(lài)以生存的和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),保險(xiǎn)代理人是各保險(xiǎn)公司關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。保險(xiǎn)代理人隊(duì)伍的規(guī)模直接決定了保險(xiǎn)公司業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。實(shí)行保險(xiǎn)代理人的有效增員與留存是保險(xiǎn)公司的重要經(jīng)營(yíng)考核指標(biāo)。本文以委托—代理理論及激勵(lì)理論為基礎(chǔ),從分析國(guó)內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)代理人激勵(lì)體系的情況入手,結(jié)合黑龍江太平人壽卓越經(jīng)理人增員激勵(lì)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際案例,說(shuō)明保險(xiǎn)代理人與保險(xiǎn)公司保費(fèi)規(guī)模之間的關(guān)系。通過(guò)合理的方案設(shè)計(jì)促使公司增加保險(xiǎn)代理人數(shù)量,保證公司經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),提高公司在發(fā)展中的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)需要。卓越經(jīng)理人是激勵(lì)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)中的一個(gè)榮譽(yù)概念,目的在于通過(guò)榮譽(yù)的取得促使代理人能夠更好的進(jìn)行增員工作,并達(dá)到公司組織發(fā)展的要求。 論文以激勵(lì)及委托代理理論為研究基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)借鑒人力資源管理及績(jī)效管理的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)內(nèi)容的比較,,將理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的研究方法進(jìn)行分析研究。本文通過(guò)針對(duì)黑龍江太平人壽公司個(gè)人代理人機(jī)制研究,提出了增員激勵(lì)方案,使公司能夠有效的提升人力數(shù)量、素質(zhì)及能力,保證公司經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),提升公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,更好的適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境變化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, compared with the initial insurance industry, business decline.Strictly speaking, the insurance industry of our country has only 20 years of history, and the insurance agent system is still in the early stage of its formation. The insurance agent is the basis for the survival and development of the insurance company.Insurance agents are the focus of attention of insurance companies.The scale of insurance agent team directly determines the development of insurance company business.Carrying out the effective increase and retention of insurance agent is an important management assessment index of insurance company.Based on the principal-agent theory and incentive theory, this paper begins with the analysis of the domestic insurance agent incentive system, and combines with the actual case of Heilongjiang Taiping Life Insurance Outstanding Manager Enhancement Project.Explain the relationship between insurance agent and insurance company premium scale.Through reasonable scheme design, the company can increase the number of insurance agents, ensure the realization of the company's management goal, and improve the core competitiveness of the company in order to meet the needs of market competition.Excellent manager is an honor concept in the incentive project design. The purpose is to make the agent be able to carry out the addition work better and to meet the requirements of the company's organization and development through the acquisition of the honor.On the basis of incentive and principal-agent theory, this paper uses the relevant contents of human resource management and performance management for reference, and through the comparison of relevant contents at home and abroad, analyzes and studies the research method of combining theory with practice.Based on the research of the personal agent mechanism of Heilongjiang Taiping Life Insurance Company, this paper puts forward the incentive scheme of increasing the number of personnel, quality and ability of the company, and ensures the realization of the company's business objectives.Enhance the core competitiveness of the company, better adapt to market changes.
