【摘要】：目的:探討影響城鎮(zhèn)居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)住院實(shí)際補(bǔ)償比的因素。方法:利用相關(guān)性分析及多元逐步回歸模型確定影響因素。結(jié)果:對城鎮(zhèn)居民醫(yī)保住院實(shí)際補(bǔ)償比具有顯著的因素為當(dāng)年的人均籌資標(biāo)準(zhǔn),住院次均自付費(fèi)用占居民人均可支配收入的比例及人均住院率。結(jié)論:建立持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的居民醫(yī)保動(dòng)態(tài)籌資機(jī)制,完善居民醫(yī)保政策評(píng)價(jià)體系,逐步提高實(shí)際補(bǔ)償水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the factors influencing the actual compensation ratio of urban residents with basic medical insurance. Methods: to determine the influencing factors by means of correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression model. Results: the actual compensation of urban residents' medical insurance in hospital was determined by means of correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression model. The more significant factor is the per capita funding criterion for the current year, Conclusion: establish a steady and dynamic financing mechanism of resident health insurance, perfect the evaluation system of residents' medical insurance policy, and gradually improve the actual compensation level.
