【摘要】：運(yùn)用小額保險項目為低收入人群提供著保障服務(wù)是當(dāng)前眾多發(fā)展中國家積極探索的項目。早在2008年6月，農(nóng)村小額保險正式在我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)開始啟動。2009年經(jīng)保監(jiān)會決定，將陜西省納入農(nóng)村小額人身保險試點(diǎn)省份。但是，就我國目前現(xiàn)狀而言，農(nóng)村小額保險還處于初級探索階段，相關(guān)理論研究也相對薄弱，其發(fā)展也受到很多因素的制約，覆蓋面并不能滿足農(nóng)村居民的需求，覆蓋范圍很低，導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村居民的需求得不到完全的滿足。 所以，本文的研究對象為陜西省農(nóng)民對農(nóng)村小額保險的參保意愿及影響因素，通過對陜西省農(nóng)村小額保險的參保的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，了解影響我國農(nóng)村小額人身保險需求意愿的原因，同時，由于國外農(nóng)村小額保險起步比較早，所以，在我國的農(nóng)村小額保險業(yè)務(wù)的開展中，可借助其成功的經(jīng)驗。 本文內(nèi)容主要由以下六個章節(jié)組成：第一章主要論述的是本篇論文的所研究的大背景、研究的意義和目的，此外還有當(dāng)前我國的和國外的研究的內(nèi)容和動態(tài)，，技術(shù)路線與研究思路、以及本篇論文的創(chuàng)新之處。第二章是總體闡述了關(guān)于農(nóng)村小額保險的理論問題。首先，介紹了農(nóng)村小額保險的定義、目標(biāo)人群的界定以及農(nóng)村小額保險產(chǎn)品的分類；其次，從一些經(jīng)典的理論進(jìn)行分析，本篇論文我們涉及到金字塔底層戰(zhàn)略理論、生命價值理論等理論，從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的專業(yè)角度出發(fā)，論述農(nóng)村小額保險的發(fā)生和發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章介紹了陜西省的農(nóng)村小額保險的發(fā)展的實際情況。首先，對農(nóng)村小額保險在陜西省農(nóng)村的發(fā)展形勢進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)；其次，通過保險人、投保人和政府監(jiān)管者的不同角度分別概述了小額人身保險在我國發(fā)展中存在的問題。第四章是對陜西省農(nóng)民的參�，F(xiàn)狀、參保意愿進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計性描述分析，并對不同地區(qū)的參保意愿進(jìn)行簡單比較。第五章對陜西省農(nóng)民參保意愿的影響因素進(jìn)行實證分析，其中包括研究假設(shè)、模型構(gòu)建、模型估計與結(jié)果分析。第六章得出結(jié)論，從合理的保費(fèi)收取、有效的運(yùn)行模式、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及組合銷售、加強(qiáng)宣傳和客戶服務(wù)、政策扶持和監(jiān)管措施等五個方面討論分析，得出結(jié)論，給出建議來更好的建設(shè)我國的農(nóng)村小額人身保險，為其更好的可持續(xù)的發(fā)展提供建設(shè)性意見和建議。
[Abstract]:The use of micro insurance program for low-income people to provide security services is one of many developing countries are actively exploring the project. In early June 2008, Rural Micro insurance officially started.2009 years after the CIRC decided in the rural areas of China, Shaanxi province will be included in the pilot provinces of small sum personal insurance in rural areas. However, China's current situation. Rural Micro insurance is still in the initial stage of exploration, the relevant theoretical research is relatively weak, it is restricted by many factors, the coverage can not meet the demand of the rural residents, the coverage is very low, leading to the demand of the rural residents is not fully satisfied.
Therefore, the object of this research is the factors of farmers in Shaanxi province of Rural Micro insurance willingness to participate and influence, through the analysis of the present situation of Rural Micro insurance in Shaanxi province insured, to understand the reason, influence the demand of China's Rural Micro insurance at the same time, because of Foreign Rural micro insurance started relatively early, so, in the development of China's Rural Micro insurance business, by virtue of its successful experience.
The content of this paper consists of the following six chapters: the first chapter mainly discusses the background of this thesis is the study of the meaning and purpose of the study, in addition to the current study of Chinese and foreign content and dynamic, technical route and research ideas, and the innovation of this paper. The second chapter is overall expounds the theoretical problems about Rural Micro insurance. Firstly, introduces the definition of Rural Micro insurance, the definition and classification of target population of Rural Micro insurance products; secondly, from the analysis of some classical theories, this thesis we refer to the bottom of the Pyramid strategy theory, life value theory, from a professional perspective economics, theoretical basis of the occurrence and development of micro insurance in rural areas. The third chapter introduces the actual situation of the development of Rural Micro insurance in Shaanxi province. The first, the small rural The amount of insurance are analyzed and summarized in the development of the situation in rural areas of Shaanxi province; secondly, by the insurer, the insured and the different angles of government regulators exist in the development of our country insurance problems. The fourth chapter is the insured status of farmers in Shaanxi Province, the insured will make a statistical description and analysis. In the fifth chapter, the influencing factors of the willingness of farmers in Shaanxi province for empirical analysis, including research hypothesis, model construction, model estimation and result analysis. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, collected from reasonable premium, effective management, product development and sales combination, strengthen publicity and customer service, the five aspects of policy support and supervision measures such as discussion and analysis, draw conclusions, recommendations are given to the construction of better China's Rural Micro insurance, for the better can Sustainable development provides constructive suggestions and suggestions.
