【摘要】：中國農(nóng)業(yè)保險實施中央財政保費補貼以來,市場供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生較大程度改變,探究農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演變趨勢和其市場發(fā)展的階段性特征,有利于農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場機制的完善�；�2007-2015年省際數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建面板門限模型,分析農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動與農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展水平之間的非線性特征,探討供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動對農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展的影響。結(jié)果表明,我國農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)對農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展存在非線性的雙重門限效應,門限值將各個省份按市場結(jié)構(gòu)類別劃分為三種:市場集中度水平較低區(qū)域(≤0.784 1)、中等區(qū)域(0.784 1-0.982 7)、較高區(qū)域(≥0.982 7),其農(nóng)業(yè)保險密度的增長系數(shù)分別為-0.448 4、-1.777 4、-32.142 9。而大部分省份農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)整體上呈現(xiàn)市場集中度由高向低的變化趨勢,表明市場供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動即市場集中度下降促進了農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場發(fā)展。因此,適度開放農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場,增強經(jīng)營主體的效率;開發(fā)滿足不同類型農(nóng)戶保險需求的農(nóng)業(yè)保險產(chǎn)品,促進農(nóng)業(yè)保險業(yè)務(wù)多元化發(fā)展;加強農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場的監(jiān)管,促進有序競爭將是我國農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the central financial premium subsidy, the supply-side structure of the agricultural insurance market in China has changed to a large extent. This paper explores the evolution trend of the supply-side structure of the agricultural insurance market and the stage characteristics of its market development. Based on the inter-provincial data from 2007 to 2015, the panel threshold model is constructed to analyze the nonlinear characteristics between the supply-side structure changes of the agricultural insurance market and the level of agricultural insurance development. The effects of supply-side structure changes on the development of agricultural insurance are discussed. The results show that the supply-side structure of agricultural insurance market has a nonlinear double threshold effect on the development of agricultural insurance.
