【摘要】：目的:基于年齡組的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)基金支出情況,觀察年齡對(duì)醫(yī)療費(fèi)用的影響。方法:采用SPSS 17.0軟件對(duì)某市醫(yī)保部門(mén)所提供的2005—2014年期間分年齡組的醫(yī)�；鹬С鰯�(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)及相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果:25~59歲年齡的醫(yī)�；鹬С稣伎傊С龅谋壤�;70歲以上參保人數(shù)占總?cè)藬?shù)的6%,其醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)基金支出占總支出占比和年均增長(zhǎng)率均呈下降趨勢(shì),2013年的增長(zhǎng)率僅為6.93%;但是,人均醫(yī)療費(fèi)用高于其他年齡組,次均醫(yī)療費(fèi)用在10元以上的有所增加。結(jié)論:不能簡(jiǎn)單地認(rèn)為,年齡增加則醫(yī)療費(fèi)用增加;供給側(cè)分級(jí)診療、需求側(cè)合理就醫(yī),可以適度降低因年齡增加的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: medical insurance fund expenditure based on age group, To observe the effect of age on medical expenses. Methods: using SPSS 17.0 software to analyze the expenditure data of health insurance fund by age group from 2005 to 2014 by using SPSS 17.0 software. The proportion of health insurance fund expenditure to total expenditure is on the high side. The proportion of people over 70 years of age participating in insurance accounts for 6% of the total. The proportion of medical insurance fund expenditure to total expenditure and the average annual growth rate are both declining. In 2013, the growth rate was only 6.93%; however, The medical cost per capita is higher than that of other age groups, and the average medical cost per capita is more than 10 yuan. Conclusion: it is not simple to think that the medical cost increases with the increase of age, and the medical expenses on the supply side are classified, and the reasonable medical treatment on the demand side is obtained. The increase in medical costs due to age can be reduced moderately.
