【摘要】：目前老年人在我國(guó)的人口比例中所占的比重越來(lái)越高,國(guó)家對(duì)于養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度以及養(yǎng)老統(tǒng)籌制度的重視程度也日益加強(qiáng),并且隨著參與用戶的增多,類型的多樣化,養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)相關(guān)管理系統(tǒng)也受到了一些安全方面的威脅,因此保險(xiǎn)審計(jì)系統(tǒng)需要全新的數(shù)據(jù)化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。論文介紹了基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)審計(jì)系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作,對(duì)論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務(wù)流程;本文著重對(duì)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)中使用的安全技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹,以及如何在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)中使用這些技術(shù),通過(guò)對(duì)目前養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)審計(jì)系統(tǒng)中通常出現(xiàn)的安全方面的隱患進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析。本文在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了的審計(jì)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案,利用了J2EE體系來(lái)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)建構(gòu),建立了瀏覽器/服務(wù)器/數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)三層次的體系結(jié)構(gòu),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)方面利用Oracle軟件架構(gòu)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行維護(hù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)。以Jbuilder工具來(lái)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā),Weblogic進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的服務(wù)器建設(shè),確定了主要從網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來(lái)源、物理層訪問(wèn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)訪問(wèn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、入侵檢測(cè)、用戶身份認(rèn)證以及生物識(shí)別技術(shù)等幾個(gè)方面入手來(lái)進(jìn)行闡述,使得數(shù)據(jù)的處理和信息的傳遞都更加便利,也提高了用戶的體驗(yàn)感。在后期也利于維護(hù)人員對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行維護(hù)。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始在一些地市級(jí)地區(qū)進(jìn)行試運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)和模塊分類基本滿足了養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)管理的要求,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)、應(yīng)用和物理的安全,為更大范圍內(nèi)的養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:At present, the proportion of the elderly in the population of our country is more and more high, and the state pays more and more attention to the old-age insurance system and the old-age planning system, and with the increase of the number of users involved, the types are diversified. The related management system of endowment insurance has also been threatened by some security aspects. Therefore, the insurance audit system needs a completely new data system construction. This paper introduces the research background of the basic pension insurance audit system. The significance of the project and the current status of research and application, clear the content and main work of the paper, the system of the existing problems, organization, the original business process were analyzed, and the optimized business process was given. This paper mainly introduces the security technologies used in the system development, and how to use these technologies in the system design and implementation. Based on the investigation and analysis of the hidden dangers of security in the current pension insurance audit system, this paper designs an audit system construction scheme based on the investigation, and uses J2EE system to construct the system. The system structure of browser / server / database is established, and the database is designed by using Oracle software architecture. At the same time, the data are maintained and counted. The development of the project is carried out with Jbuilder tools and WebLogic is used to build the server of the project. The main sources of network security risk, physical layer access, network access, network transmission, intrusion detection are determined. User identity authentication and biometrics are introduced to facilitate the processing of data and the transmission of information. It also improves the user's sense of experience. It also helps maintainers to maintain the system at a later stage. The system has already started to run in some prefectural and municipal areas. The business design and module classification of the system basically meet the requirements of pension insurance business management, can realize the data, application and physical security, and lay the foundation for the design of the pension insurance management system in a larger scope.
