【摘要】：隨著保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷深入和快速發(fā)展,以科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步為支撐,以人壽保險(xiǎn)為代表的保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)迅速崛起并發(fā)展壯大,對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的分析及創(chuàng)新人壽保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)在保險(xiǎn)業(yè)間的服務(wù)價(jià)值鏈將面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)還將面臨社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)及其他投資品等對(duì)商業(yè)人壽保險(xiǎn)的替代威脅。在這種格局之下,人壽保險(xiǎn)如何從容應(yīng)對(duì)并加快自身發(fā)展成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。要使人壽保險(xiǎn)在日趨激烈的新一輪競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地的決定性因素就是在對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境做出詳細(xì)分析的前提下,嘗試性地創(chuàng)立服務(wù)價(jià)值鏈體系。誰(shuí)實(shí)現(xiàn)并具備了這樣的條件,誰(shuí)就擁有了未來(lái)。因此,著眼于對(duì)人壽保險(xiǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的分析及服務(wù)價(jià)值鏈的研究,將會(huì)全面增強(qiáng)人壽保險(xiǎn)在保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)間的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以此推進(jìn)人壽保險(xiǎn)的快速發(fā)展。該研究不僅是理論層面的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也具有極為深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文采用理論研究與實(shí)證個(gè)體案例相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)寧夏人壽保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了全面描述,對(duì)價(jià)值鏈理論及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述,對(duì)新華人壽寧夏分公司的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深度分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,堅(jiān)持定合,著眼于推進(jìn)寧夏人壽保險(xiǎn)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,提出了提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度,構(gòu)建新華人壽保險(xiǎn)寧夏分公司服務(wù)價(jià)值鏈的相關(guān)原則與措施,對(duì)增強(qiáng)寧夏人壽保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening and rapid development of the insurance industry, the insurance enterprises, which are supported by the continuous progress of science and technology, and the insurance enterprises represented by life insurance, are rising and growing rapidly. Analyzing the competitive environment and innovating the service value chain of life insurance enterprises in the insurance industry will face severe challenges, as well as the alternative threats to commercial life insurance, such as social insurance and other investment products. It is urgent for life insurance to deal with and speed up its development. The decisive factor to make life insurance remain invincible in the increasingly fierce new round of competition is to make a detailed analysis of the competitive environment. Try to establish the service value chain system. Who realizes and has such conditions, who has the future. Therefore, focusing on the analysis of the competitive environment of life insurance and the research of service value chain, This research is not only a theoretical issue, but also a profound practical significance. By combining theoretical research with empirical individual cases, this paper comprehensively describes the development situation of life insurance in Ningxia, summarizes the theory of value chain and related theories, and discusses the present situation of Ningxia branch of New China Life Insurance Company. The existing problems are analyzed in depth. On the basis of this, we insist on the cooperation, with a view to promoting the long-term development of life insurance in Ningxia, and propose to improve customer satisfaction. The related principles and measures of constructing the service value chain of Ningxia Branch of Xinhua Life Insurance Company play a certain reference role in strengthening the comprehensive competitiveness of Ningxia life insurance market.
