中國大地保險(xiǎn)吉林分公司人力資源外包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制

【摘要】:人力資源管理外包是企業(yè)的一種優(yōu)化管理、提高效率的一種策略。企業(yè)的管理的資源和精力是有限的,不能面面俱到,所以企業(yè)只能致力于核心的人力資源管理工作,而對于那些復(fù)雜的、消耗時(shí)間和精力卻并不重要的工作就委托專業(yè)的機(jī)構(gòu)辦理。因?yàn)檫@種運(yùn)營模式利用的是外界的資源,使得企業(yè)在核心的工作中有了更多的人員配置和時(shí)間安排,很大程度上降低了人力資源投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),有利于企業(yè)的發(fā)展。整合利用了外部最優(yōu)秀的專業(yè)化資源,從而達(dá)到降低企業(yè)成本、提高企業(yè)效率,使企業(yè)充分發(fā)揮自身核心競爭力和增強(qiáng)企業(yè)對環(huán)境的迅速應(yīng)變能力,是贏得競爭優(yōu)勢的一種新型人力資源管理模式。 基于上述,本文針對我國保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)人力資源外包服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制及分析論述,論述中,本文結(jié)合本人工作實(shí)際,,即首先,描述中國大地保險(xiǎn)吉林分公司的實(shí)際情況,在對其人力資源外包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)工作進(jìn)行分析時(shí)要客觀具體,根據(jù)實(shí)證來得出結(jié)論。其次,認(rèn)真的分析人力資源外包過程中的每一個(gè)步驟,對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的產(chǎn)生有全面深入的了解。最后一步,就是根據(jù)中國大地保險(xiǎn)吉林分公司本身的實(shí)際情況,對其提出合適的、有效地規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的方法。我的最主要的思想就是盡可能的給企業(yè)提供幫助,使其在外包過程中減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。同時(shí)也希望能為其它保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的人力資源外包項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控機(jī)制的建立提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Human resource management outsourcing is a kind of optimization management of enterprises, a strategy to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The management of the resources and energy is limited, not comprehensive, so enterprises can only be committed to the core of human resources management, and for those complex, for the consumption of time and energy are important work commissioned by the professional institutions. Because of using this mode of operation is the external resources, makes the enterprise have more staffing and time arrangement in the core of the work, greatly reduces the risk of investment in human resources, is conducive to the development of enterprises. The integration of the most excellent external professional resources, so as to reduce the cost of enterprise and to improve the efficiency of enterprises, so that enterprises give full play to its own core competitiveness of enterprises and enhance their ability to respond rapidly to the environment, is a new type of human resource to gain competitive advantage Management mode.
Based on the above, this paper discusses the analysis and control of risk, the insurance industry in our country human resources outsourcing service project discussion, combined with the actual work, firstly, describes the actual situation of China earth insurance Jilin branch company, in the risk analysis of the human resources outsourcing projects to the specific objective, according to the empirical draw conclusion. Secondly, each step of the analysis of human resource outsourcing in earnest, the risk has a comprehensive understanding. The last step is according to the actual situation of Chinese earth insurance Jilin branch itself, the suitable method, effectively avoid the risk. My most important thought it is possible to provide help to reduce the risk in the process of outsourcing. We also hope to control mechanism for the risk of other insurance industry human resources outsourcing project. The establishment provides a certain reference.
