人保財(cái)險常德公司農(nóng)險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營策略改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:我國政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險自2007年開辦以來,實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展,一舉成為全球最活躍的農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場之一。人保財(cái)險常德公司作為具有代表性的農(nóng)業(yè)保險微觀經(jīng)營主體,經(jīng)營所面臨的自然環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、市場結(jié)構(gòu)、農(nóng)民需求以及政策環(huán)境和保險監(jiān)管發(fā)生了很大變化。在農(nóng)業(yè)保險的快速發(fā)展過程中,也暴露出公司農(nóng)險業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營策略存在一些問題。分析研究人保財(cái)險常德公司的農(nóng)險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營策略改進(jìn),不僅對公司農(nóng)險業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展有益,,而且對于其他農(nóng)險經(jīng)營機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)營策略制定具有借鑒意義,也能促進(jìn)我國農(nóng)險發(fā)展與規(guī)范問題的理論研究。 本文共分為四個部分。首先,以我國、湖南以及人保財(cái)險常德公司三個層次的農(nóng)險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營發(fā)展情況為背景,分析闡述研究的目的和意義。其次,從人保財(cái)險常德公司發(fā)展及農(nóng)險業(yè)務(wù)概況入手,分析公司農(nóng)險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)經(jīng)營存在的主要問題,進(jìn)一步探究產(chǎn)生問題的主要原因。第三部分在對人保財(cái)險常德公司農(nóng)險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)在條件、經(jīng)營目標(biāo)等進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究制定公司農(nóng)險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營策略的改進(jìn)方案,包括改進(jìn)原則、目標(biāo)及主要內(nèi)容。最后,制定人保財(cái)險常德公司農(nóng)險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營策略改進(jìn)的實(shí)施方案,研究改進(jìn)方案的實(shí)施途徑、保障條件和預(yù)期效果。 本文在研究的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了人保財(cái)險常德公司農(nóng)險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營策略改進(jìn)的三原則、三目標(biāo),以及外部經(jīng)營和內(nèi)部管理改進(jìn)的兩方面內(nèi)容。提出了市場開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品渠道、公關(guān)營銷、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、合作聯(lián)盟等五個具體經(jīng)營策略的實(shí)施途徑,和策略改進(jìn)的三方面保障條件,并對方案的可期效果進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。對于農(nóng)業(yè)保險經(jīng)營機(jī)構(gòu)而言,最正確的策略是依法合規(guī)經(jīng)營,順應(yīng)監(jiān)管規(guī)制,搶占市場格局中有利的競爭地位。作為農(nóng)業(yè)保險的監(jiān)管部門也應(yīng)尊重市場規(guī)律,依法科學(xué)監(jiān)管,維護(hù)市場公平秩序和消費(fèi)者合法權(quán)益,為農(nóng)業(yè)保險的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造優(yōu)良的經(jīng)營環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Since its inception in 2007, China's policy-oriented agricultural insurance has developed by leaps and bounds and has become one of the most active agricultural insurance markets in the world. Great changes have taken place in the natural environment, industrial development, market structure, farmers' demand, policy environment and insurance supervision. It is also revealed that there are some problems in the management strategy of the company's agricultural insurance business. It is not only beneficial to the development of the company's agricultural insurance business to analyze and study the improvement of the management strategy of the PICC's agricultural insurance products, but also to the development of the company's agricultural insurance business. Moreover, it can be used for reference for the establishment of management strategies of other agricultural insurance management institutions, and can also promote the theoretical research on the development and standardization of agricultural insurance in China. This paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of the research, taking the development of agricultural insurance products in three levels of China, Hunan and PICC Changde Company as the background. Starting with the general situation of the development and agricultural insurance business of PICC Changde Company, this paper analyzes the current situation of the management of the agricultural insurance products of the company, and summarizes the main problems existing in the operation. The third part is based on the analysis of the external environment, internal conditions and management objectives of the agricultural insurance products of PICC Changde Company. This paper studies the improvement scheme of the agricultural insurance product management strategy, including the improvement principles, objectives and main contents. Finally, it formulates the implementation plan for the improvement of the agricultural insurance product management strategy of Changde Company, and studies the implementation ways of the improvement plan. Guarantee condition and expected effect. On the basis of the research, this paper formulates the three principles, three objectives, and two aspects of external management and internal management improvement of the agricultural insurance product management strategy improvement of PICC Changde Company, and puts forward the market development, product channel, Public relations marketing, technical innovation, cooperative alliance and other five specific business strategy implementation approaches, and strategy improvement of the three aspects of the security conditions, and the plan of the predictable effect of the prediction. For agricultural insurance management institutions, The most correct strategy is to operate in accordance with the law, comply with the regulation of supervision and regulations, and seize the favorable competitive position in the market pattern. As the regulatory department of agricultural insurance, it should also respect the laws of the market and supervise scientifically according to law. To maintain fair market order and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, to create a good business environment for the development of agricultural insurance.
